    I got an appointment with a doctor and I thought that went okay. However, later that day when I finally got my sick note through, it had mistakes in it. They clearly create this from a template and the doctor who issued mine forgot to edit parts of the template to reflect what we discussed. For example, it had a list of possible accommodations an employer could make and "(Delete as appropriate)". It's a .pdf that I cannot edit, so I cannot correct this mistake myself. I try and call support but am left on the line waiting for so long it automatically hung up on me. I tried e-mailing support then, with their support inbox saying they would reply within a few hours or early the next day. I waited 5 days for a response, and nothing came. I called the support phone line and actually got through to someone. I explained the mistakes in the letter, they said they would get the mistakes corrected and to keep an eye on my app inbox. Hours later they get back to me with their "resolution", no fixes to the note at all, but just telling me to get my employer to e-mail them if they want to check its valid. It's useless to my employer because the doctor didn't fill out the part with recommendations for them!! Avoid at all costs.

    My surgery was unable to get me an appointment for a review that day as all the appointments were booked so they said they would get a Livi doctor to call. No time was specified, and that was fine, I didn't expect it to be. The call when it came was one of the strangest I've ever had. I found myself wondering if I was talking to an actual doctor or a student. I was told that my records could not be accessed due to their computer not working and waiting for a new one to arrive. I gave my information in chronological order but it was constantly repeated to me back to front, and then I was given information that indicated my records must have been accessible or they wouldn't have known what my records were or weren't. Very strange process and not at all reassuring.

    Waited over half an hour for a scheduled appointment for my son. Finally a ‘doctor’ rang me asked for my date of birth and my sons date of birth then said hold on I will need to ring you back and ended the call. We sat waiting for another 15 minutes for her to call back then finally received 2 different txt messages. One saying my identity does not match my records?! The second saying appointment cancelled due to poorly lit room?! Both a load of rubbish & what a waste of time is this service a joke? Now I have to wait till after the weekend to try & get through to my doctors surgery again I thought this service was supposed to make life easier.

    Terrible service , the App is useless and have glitches. unable to confirm appointment, then it gets cancelled. We need to get back to Drs seeing patients. Not privatisation in the back door.

    I was issued an emergency mental health prescription 6 days ago and have been to 8 chemists and the pharmacy 2 u website to try and access it. I have spent 3 hours on hold calling the Livi support team. I have raised 2 help requests. I've had multiple panic attacks and I'm now so distressed I'm scared to leave my house. Thanks, Livi, I hate you. You won't even acknowledge my refund request. Absolute disgraceful company just here to take your money.

    I can not answer the doctor when they call via the app. Doctor has tried 4 times today to contact me. I have all the settings allowed as requested by the app. Will now have to wait 10 days to see a GP

    Terrible service. Paid £40 to get a referral as had not been able to access own GP and was desperate. This never happened so out of pocket for nothing. Criminal that NHS can recommend this service.

    GP revygood,after that app kept crashing,when prescription given the pharmacy could not log on site.Then livi could not find my details,after that forgot to attach prescription.noone can resolve the issue and escalated waiting a response .so far it's taken 4 hours of my day to try and sort out.i will never use or recommend , completely incompetent company

    First time attempting to have a video call. Appointment booked with named doctor for 7.15pm. No call. No update beyond screen saying to be ready for the call. No option to rebook or try to find out what is going on as all appointments now gone for the day. What a waste of time.

    Paid, booked for 11:30 Checked in Message with dr name and informed appt will start in a few mins Message changed to „sorry for the delay, appt will start in a few minutes“ Never did Really poor, now to try and work out how to get a refund!
