    Call was delayed by about 30 mins and lasted less than 2 mins. Even though it was clear I was in pain and having difficulty talking I was told they couldn’t help me as I have no medical records on file to verify who I was due to having just moved back from abroad a couple of months ago. Not sure how this is any different to goi g to see the GP for the first time. Can’t get appointment to see gp and called 111 but no gp called me back.

    Had a LIVI “GP” appointment but unfortunately no GP showed up! Thought it wasn’t looking very promising when I saw a notification of “no GP assigned “ on the LIVI app a few minutes before my appointment. I was 28 in line this morning to my surgery only to be told to use this app - so they’ve got it covered- it’s virtually impossible to get an appointment anywhere!!

    What a nightmare system and useless GP service. Was given contradicting information after waiting for hours for the appointment. You may as well save yourself the time and frustration.

    Today I tried to register with livi. Answered all the questions, took required photos, got to final part and received screen box advising something went wrong with connection. Tried again as it suggested, still an error pop up box appeared. Returned to home screen. As usual with online sites it welcomed me and said I'd need to complete the whole thing again. I'm 72 years old. I'm tech savvy. I have type 2 diabetes plus arthritis, plus COPD, plus anxiety and stress disorders, plus blood pressure issues (dizziness) My diabetes control is out of whack as my legs feel numb and my feet are painful (difficult to walk far). Can somebody, anybody, tell me what in blazes I have to do to get some help with my health condition. I have had two mental breakdowns in the past two years. I have the feeling that I might be due a third!!!

    Ear infection was driving me mad. GP could not help , suggested Livi. Antibiotics prescription given and it worked. Told to check by AE and left there happy and reassured! Thankyou

    Paid for this service as recommended by the NHS as I could not get hold of my GP surgery for an appointment. Getting the appointment was quick and easy however completely pointless. Paid £39 for an appointment just to be told to make an appointment with my GP. Absolute waste of money especially during a cost of living crisis. I paid because I was desperate for an appointment but have completely wasted this money.

    What a shame. I thought I'd try Livi as appointments at my GP surgery are hard to come by. Waited for half an hour with a 'Sorry for the delay' "GP not yet assigned"message before having to log off. Disappointing 'service'. Guess I'll have to keep trying.
