    Most of the time i cannot even make a booking when trying as the system just says no appointments available. I have tried all times of day and night to try and get one but to no avail. Previously I did manage to get an appointment a few months ago but only to then be told just before the appointment that my email on livi didn’t match the email on my nhs record (I checked and it does match with nhs and my doctor)…but because it didn’t match my details the appointment got cancelled. So even though my doctors say to use the app, firstly if I manage to get an appointment then it cancels is because my details don’t match (they do as I’ve checked all my personal details!)… secondly for the last 3 weeks trying daily to get an appointment there haven’t been any available. Good idea in theory but lacking the infrastructure to make it work properly!

    Booked a scheduled appointment 3 days in advance for my daughter as that was the earliest time available. Appointment was 16:15 got a message saying sorry for the delay your appointment starts in a few minutes. No GP assigned. I can understand a delay due to appointments running over but 2 hours later and still there was no GP assigned and the delay message still on the screen. Definitely not encouraging to use especially as a first time user.

    I am in pain, just about manage to start sleep but have to get up for a livi appointment at 8am. However no one has called and the app says the video will start shortly. It's been 37 minutes but how they hell you going to be late to a video call if you open at 8??? So I tried to reschedule my appointment and even that is not possible. Now I sit here in pain, no sleep because livi ruined it. Shame on whoever allowed livi to work with the NHS.

    I booked in today told me I had an appointment two hours from booking as it came to the 2 hour mark it changed to 15 hours, I’m not impressed by this as was recommended to me by gp as I couldn’t get seen with them

    Waited over half an hour to have the appointment cancelled. Unable to rebook as it says no appointments available, check again tomorrow. Very poor service which leaves me worried for my health due to the length of time it will take me to get a referral.

    This is meant to be a fall back service for not being able to contact a dr. Tried to get an appointment today and simply got a message all appointments for the day are taken so I can’t proceed. Why can’t it give me the next available appointment even if in a few days. Waste of time having taken photos and filling in details etc when they don’t give any appointments for any point in the future!

    We managed to obtain a video GP consultation on a Bank Holiday Monday within a couple of hours. Doctor was very helpful and prescription issued straight away. Such a relief to be able to quickly access medical care when really needed!

    Been trying for 5 days, all I get is no appointments available, what is the point of this app I hope by joining this Private company did not charge the NHS

    My appointment time was today at 10:30 It is now 11:35 and still nobody has connected. No explanations, just "sorry for the delay" and "GP not yet assigned" I completely understand the strain that the NHS is under at the moment, however; explanations should be provided to the service users as why their appointments are not being met. If we were a hour late for a GP appointment it would not be acceptable at all. If livi can not provide an efficient amount of Healthcare professionals then don't offer the appointments. Simple.

    Appointment 9.45pm Had someone cover my late shifts at work 10 mins after appointment time it was cancelled Just like that , how can anyone get medical advice these days Told by my GP receptionist I had to use this system Guess it’s off to A&E if no one will see me.
