Review titled Impossible to register for the service

Several years ago I used the Livi app to try to get help for my ageing mother, using my personal phone as she didn't have one. Got zero help at that time, and now Livi refuse to allow me to register myself on their app on my phone. I'd suggest the NHS review their contractual position with Livi to be honest.

Had appt booked for 12.15 which they cancelled at 12.30 as they had no one to call me and re scheduled the spot for 13.30. I waited by the phone with the app open ready, I received a notification for the call opened the phone by this time no more than 15 seconds the call had been terminated and I received another notification stating appt cancelled. Perhaps they should allow time to answer the call. What a true waste of time and NHS funds. I do not expect a reply as they do not seem to respond to the feedback.

Opened Livi app 7am Wednesday and had appointment booked for 10.30 Saturday. Sat in front of screen for 1.5 hours from 10.15 Saturday . No doctor assigned until about 13.15. Finally doctor called me just before 13.30, nearly 3 hours later. She was very nice and helpful and also explained that the ‘appointment time’ is not actually a time and more the start of you ‘waiting in line’. She said this should be made clearer and I fully agree!

No appts at my surgery for several weeks. Potential eye infection so the surgery suggested I contact Livi. Did so and had a video call appt later the same day with an extremely helpful, very thorough and informative doctor. Prescription sent through for collection soon after. I have nothing but praise for this service. Badly needed these days as face-to-face appts are like gold dust.

Having really struggled to get a doctor's appointment (the 8am scramble), I booked a Livi appointment for today 5.15pm. It's now more than two hours later (7.25pm) and still sitting looking at my phone and holding my side. Of course, there could be a reason but having read previous reviews, it seems common practice to simply leave you hanging on. No guidance as to roughly when the call might come and fed up having been told for all this time that 'your appointment starts in a few minutes'. No it hasn't. Back to the 8am scramble...

When Livi first launched, it was brilliant - good availability, great doctors, no faff. However, in the past year the three appointments I’ve had to book - the earliest I can get is at least one week away - all 3 appointments have been cancelled at the time the appointment was about to occur, with no explanation. The appointment doesn’t get rescheduled. I then have to go back to my GP to get an appointment through them, having lost a week waiting for my Livi appointment that got cancelled. 3 separate occasions, the same thing every time. Bring back the old Livi - whatever has changed is for the worse!

Appointment booked and reminders recieved. Still waiting an hour after my time and details now say GP not assigned. What is that about???? tried to reschedule appointment but none available. Useless service. Shame as I have used before and was very good

Used Livi in the early days when no-one knew about it and you could get an appointment in the next few days. Over the last few months have attempted to book appointments, including logging on exactly at opening time (7 am) but it always tells me 'none available, try again tomorrow'. Have gone back to ringing the surgery. Shame. Good idea poorly executed.

Initial appointment was cancelled with no warning or indication why. Second appointment my Dr has been unassigned and now I've been staring at a "sorry for the delay" message for almost an hour.

Update) 4th appointment cancelled today that's 4 in less than 2 weeks why give appointments if no doctors are available what the hell is going on.
