    This services seemes to be discriminating non english speakers. My partner has been not feeling well for a week and his tonsils got badly inflamed. I have been trying to book a GP appoinment for last couple of days without success. I have set up a livi for him and he managed to get appoinment when we were told that due to him not speaking well english he cant use this services they only have done it for first and last time but told us that he cant use it anymore.

    I have tried to use the Livi app on several occasions over the last 6 months and all attempts have been unsuccessful. My most recent try this morning at 8.15am - no appointments available, all fully booked - this has happened every time I’ve tried to use the service. What is the point of the app if you can never actually offer appointments?

    I received a callback from a doctor , who was abrupt and unhelpful, I couldn’t understand her , and when I went to collect my perception, I had to go into town to collect it as my village dispensary doesn’t do online perscriptions , when I paid for it , a 30 g tube was given to me to put on my eczema, which covers my entire body , last time I got 100g I am self employed and have had a right runaround , this is a joke

    I downloaded the app for the first time today and tried to book an appointment. Told there are no appointments available, and try again tomorrow. Worse than useless, as I wasted time on a service that isn't functioning.

    Have used twice great service on both occasions no problem on getting a on the day appointment at a time suited. Lovely doctors on both occasions.

    Referred by my registered GP practice as an option so save waiting for appointment at the surgery. . . downloaded and registered on the app. Given next day several options for video appointment. Booked . . . doctor phoned on time very pleasant unhurried, no problems at all!!

    Despite have all the settings allowed as requested by the app I can not answer the doctor when they call via the app. The app kept asking me to lock my screen which I had done and then kept asking for my password, going round in circles! Doctor tried once today, twenty minutes late, to contact me. I won't use this app again, waste of time. I will now have to wait up to two weeks to see a GP. Not good.

    Have waited 6 days for a Livi appointment that I only got after days of “no appointments available, try again tomorrow”. Sat here waiting on my 9:30 appointment and at 9:45 my appointment was cancelled due to my personal details not matching their records. My personal details are correct and I’ve just verified them with my doctor’s surgery. How can I get an appointment if my surgery won’t book ahead and Livi cancel on me?

    I am a first-time user of Livi (via Vitality) & when their was an issue collecting my prescription. I had to call Livi Support because of an issue collecting my prescription (Note: Issue was Boots pharmacy's fault. They 'used up' a prescription code Livi issued, but did not physically dispense my prescription due to "not having the system set up" - but in doing so caused me not to be able to collect it from anywhere else.) When I called Livi Support (at ~6pm) it noted that the average wait time was 8 minutes, but in reality I was only connected to an agent after waiting for 1 hour. The agent explained that I needed to set up a new video appointment with a GP in order for new prescription code to be regenerated. This shocked me a little, that I had to have an appointment with a GP (and essentially waste a GPs time), just to have a code regenerated due to a pharmacy error. It feels like there should be a much better way for this do be resolved & I actually feel sorry for other patients who need a GP appointment that this slot takes. I had no issue with the agent I was connected to. They were able to explain this and set up the appointment (for the next day) very quickly - but I'm a bit disappointed at how long it took to connect to an agent, and how cumbersome the process seems.

    After being unable to get an appointment with my Doctor, I installed the Livi app and booked an appointment. I received confirmation of the booking. 10 minutes before my appointment call was due to happen, I was notified on the app that it had been cancelled. This left me very upset and frustrated. No adequate reason was given. I ended up in a walk in clinic being diagnosed with a severe chest infection and very distressed. This service from Livi was a complete let down in my time of need. I would not use it again.
