    Kept waiting for 45 minutes, before my appointment was cancelled and another one scheduled at a time I can't do. Now waiting on the phone - 15 minutes so far. I've no idea about the medical service, but it doesn't work for people who haven't got a lot of time to wait, with very little else to do.

    I developed an incredibly painful ear infection on a Friday afternoon. My doctor referred me to Livi, which I had never heard of before, as there were no appointments at my doctors. The doctor contacted me on time and was absolutely fantastic, understanding, friendly and efficient. Within 10 minutes I had a prescription sent to the local late night pharmacy. I would happily use this service again.

    I wanted an appt and had to wait for a few days before there was availability. The appt was approaching and I was messaged to tell me to be ready. I was on the app, the appt time passed but i was told that the appt would start soon…..it never did. After 10min passed the agreed time, I got a message to say the appointment was cancelled. Apparently ‘one the GPs had to cancel their shift’. Of course that can happen, but to not know that ahead of the appointment and to make me wait is just unacceptable and shows that this service is not fit for purpose. I was then given an alternative appointment, but when I pressed the button to confirm the new appointment, it said that the appointment wasn’t available. Absolutely terrible service. Assuming the NHS is paying Livi for this service, i would say they deserve a refund. I suggest they find a better provider.

    I used Livi as my NHS GP currently has a 4 week wait for appointments. App was easy to set up, just had to take photos of my ID and a selfie, then it was approved in a few minutes. When I came to book an appointment there was so much choice, even for the following day. I paid £39 for the appointment which felt reasonable compared to other private GP services. The GP I saw was so understanding and helpful, the best I have ever been seen by. They were also running on time, which was really great. I got a prescription in the form of a link and a code, and only had to pay the usual NHS prescription charge, so the whole experience has cost me less than £50. Overall I am very happy with this service. Obviously I would prefer to be able to see my NHS GP as £39 is still a fair bit of money, but in a situation like this where my usual GP couldn't see me for a while and I felt my issue needed addressing sooner, it was ideal. Will definately use again if I am ever in this situation in future!

    I couldn't even get through to GP on phone, advised by text message to try Livi. When I tried this, no appointments available, what a complete waste of time and money.

    Got a booking which needed a pin number. This ran out before Doctor rang so when they did ring I couldn't answer call. Good concept made difficult.

    After waiting 20mins for my appointment to start a follow up appointment suddenly appeared and the appointment I was waiting for cancelled. Every time I tried to confirm it the screen changed to say that they are fully booked. CQC Outstanding rating, crikey what’s going on ?

    My surgery in West Sussex recommends using Livi to talk to a doctor. But, using the app today, no appointments are available and it's also not possible to book a future appointment. Completely useless service.

    Unable to confirm my appointment through the app - just kept saying ‘sorry we are fully booked’. Repeated text messages asking me to confirm my appointment or it will be cancelled.

    I booked an appointment for 9am this morning, I logged on and waited just to see the delay message. Eventually after over an hour my appointment was cancelled and a new one booked for 5 days time at a time that is not convenient as I will be at work. I realise everyone is under pressure but that is not acceptable. It is likely I need medication and now have no idea when I will actually be able to speak to a doctor.
