    I have on several occasions received my medication too soon. For example, I received 2 boxes, which is 2 month's supply, and then the following week received another box. My medication is very expensive and needs to be kept in the fridge.

  2. Review titled No communication for months

    I used to get a text every month to arrange my medication delivery. I haven’t received one since June and it’s now November. Every month I call to order my meds and I flag this each time. One time I was even told I’d definitely get contacted in October. This did not happen. Why have the texts stopped? It’s very poor that it’s not happening when it’s supposed to be part of the service.

    My husband and myself booked Flu vaccines via the Lloyds Pharmacy portal - place and time confirmed by email. When we arrived the pharmacist was unaware of booking. When a member of staff advised him why we were there he said "What about it" and glared. His response was rude and dismissive. After checking his computer he said he would do it out of "courtesy" but had no vaccine . No apology no offer of alternative date either.

    This is the second time I have run out of medication due to non contact from Lloyd's Homecare. After the first incident, I complained and they promised me that they would ensure that it would not happen again. Having tried to contact them on a Saturday, and listening to a pre recorded message, the phone line went dead.... Not much help there then. Unfortunately, I personally find the service provided by Lloyd's Clinical Homecare to be very, very poor

    I’ve been using Lloyds pharmacy clinical home care since 2020, they’ve been a nightmare! I always have to contact them, they fail to contact me when there’s a problem, they have my email and phone number, they have let 2 prescriptions go out of date and not filled this year alone! Which means no medication from them, I can truly say it’s been I nightmare! If these were life saving drugs and not to be missed, I’d dread to think! All I want is my delivery arranged and delivered as and when needed! Please also do something about your awful “please hang up!” Message on you’re waiting to be answered recording!

    I have spent a week trying to get my husband’s meds delivered. The staff who answer the phones aren’t not able to deal with the problem and it is difficult to speak to a manager. They keep promising to phone back but don’t. The service Lloyds provide is unsafe. My husband has rheumatoid arthritis and has been left unable to walk due to Lloyd’s mistake but I dread to think how people whose lives depend on getting their meds delivered at the correct time must feel. Now I am expecting Lloyds to insult my intelligence and leave the same generic message that they have left for every review demonstrating how little the care about customer satisfaction.

    I have received my injections by delivery for many years. The people who used to deliver initially and I couldn’t fault them. Amazing. Lived in an inaccessible area 1000 feet above sea level. No problems. Lloyds now deliver to my now easily accessible home. Every delivery is a worry. Twice deliveries haven’t arrived. Refuse to deliver to Local Lloyds Pharmacy even though they agree to accept. Yesterday no texts about forth coming delivery. No medication left. Rang. Told not booked even though booked last week. Then suddenly found request. Told definitely coming. When asked why no confirmation by text told everything ok. Straight after call magically text arrived for late next day. Every time I have to call to arrange delivery. Ages on phone. Previously the delivery people contacted me arranged delivery. Asked how I was and if I was coping ok. Delivery time arranged on booking No problems. Just not good enough Lloyds. The delivery drivers are kind and do their job well it’s not their fault.
