    I had been waiting a few years for my referral to be reviewed due to the COVID backlog. I was given the option by Manx Care to have my referral reviewed by Medefer and within weeks, everything was organised and I had further tests performed a few weeks ago. I couldn’t fault the service.

    I strongly recommend Medefer. They are caring and professional. They called me to explain the next step for my investigative exams. I feel I am in good hands.

    My referral was sent to Medefer at the end of May and by the end of June I had a number of tests organised and completed, it was all done very smoothly.

    They wrote a letter to me that explained. They were kind and caring. People called me for support and explained everything. Would happily recommend Medefer, 10 out of 10.

    I’m very happy with the treatment I received through Medefer. I was getting a lot of stomach symptoms and the Medefer team reviewed my referral and organised further tests very quickly. I was kept well informed throughout the process and felt things happened much more quickly than if I went through the standard hospital pathway
