Lovely practice very clean receptionist was very helpful and I waited a few minutes before I was called for my appointment and everything was done carried out in a non embarrassing manner and answered all my questions I asked very politely done a very satisfied patient .

The appointment was on time with very friendly informative staff, the consultant was very friendly and helpful, put me at ease and examination was thorough. Very helpful and explained everything to me, gave good advice and prescribed medication.

Efficient and timely appt. Felt listened to and treated well. Given good assessment and then diagnosis with advice and a plan. A prescription organised during the appt and sent electronically. Lovely doctor. Onward management confirmed to be with GP. Excellent.Thank you.

I was sent for an Echocardiogram at Southdene Surgery. Though I wasn’t seen immediately for my appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time, I was greatly reassured by the doctor that did the test. He was very willing to ensure my comfort throughout and I was given full instructions as to what would happen and the result at the end. I was very pleased and happy with the experience.

Referred to ENT at our local (ish) City Care so Centre and found the procedure from start to finish to be excellent. Staff on time, prompt, efficient and the centre was clean throughout. Would have no qualms about recommending Peterborough City Care Centre.

On Friday, 14 February 2025 at 10:30am I visited the dermatology department at North Middlesex University Hospital in North London to have a keratosis removed from my scalp. The doctor in charge and his assistance were extremely helpful, where he quickly completed the necessary patience agreement form and without wasting any time, I was laid on the bed with the help of his assistance and within 15 minutes the excess skin was removed and I was on my way home. I am extremely grateful to the dermatologist and his help for their efficient and effective work and would highly recommend them to anyone who would have any problem similar to mine and of course anything to do with dermatology. Well done Dr and his Assistance and thank you for looking after me. George
