    All round good experience which is rare these days with NHS/healthcare. The consultant was excellent and very reassuring in his assessment of my condition.

    I was met by the staff on the desk who were very helpful with the location of the clinic that I was attending, all the staff was polite and helpful. The consultant was very polite and professional.

    Great consultant he explained everything he was very thorough and approachable. Also the wait time was so much quicker than Northampton and Kettering hospitals

    From my first contact with One Health the service was professional, efficient and caring. The tests I needed were organised very quickly and the treatment arranged. The consultant listened to me to make sure that I was going to get the right treatment for me. He explained the procedure and ensured I knew what would happen. On the day of my treatment the staff were kind, caring and courteous. I'd definitely recommend One Health.

    Initially waited 2 hours to be seen at a consultancy, not because they were busy but consultants took about 30 minutes to anything. Later they lost my appointment details leading to a last minute scramble to fit me in for my endoscopy. Went on to allegedly call me for my results discussion, but I have no record of a missed call on the phone I sat by with full signal for one and a half hours with all settings set to allow unknown callers. Their only apology is that they can fit me in again in two weeks time, with no proof that they did call me. That said, when you actually do get there, although every process takes about twice as long as it should (2 hours for an endoscopy when only two patients on the ward with about 8 nurses and 1 doctor), the staff are very pleasant and highly skilled at what they are doing.

    The whole process from start to finish was as good an experience as you could wish for. The staff were attentive, courteous and knowledgeable which allows a patient feel comfortable at all times....Perfect !!

    I had Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion. From the initial consultation meetings held and right up until the operation itself the service and professionalism was nothing other than superb. Highly recommend.

    From my first contact I felt well cared for. The administration team were friendly, informative and efficient. From my initial enquiry I had a consultation within four days. An appointment date for the pre operation assessment and surgery date was arranged within nine weeks. The procedure went ahead as planned, I was well informed and cared for by the whole team including administration, nursing, catering, physiotherapists and consultants from the time of my admission to discharge. I was given excellent aftercare advice and left with the medication I required. The aftercare was continued by physio therapy and follow up consultation with the surgeon in an efficient and timely manner. My GP was kept informed of each stage of the process so they could continue with appropriate follow on care as required. I am pleased with the progress I am making and I am very grateful to all involved with the treatment I received. I was extremely anxious about the need to have surgery but the professionalism information and care provided reassured me I was in the best hands possible.

    One health have Constantly cancelled my surgery expecting me to change dates at the drop of a hat they have communicated poorly and inappropriately with me, there has been poor planning of care, I received medical information given by receptionists who could not give me correct information and not clinical staff, the surgeons were not competent to complete my surgery and did not handle this appropriately so they cancelled hours before the surgery multiple times. I would not recommend you are left with no answers and are expected to re organise your whole life as and when they please
