Admitted for back surgery which was 100% informative all the way from out-patients to the day of Surgery, this made the whole process easy to relax and not afraid to ask any questions regarding the procedure, all staff were approachable and anything they could not answer they certainly found out and returned with the answer

I recently had spinal surgery at Sheffield. The care I received was first class and I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. Highly recommended

From 1st meeting to end of treatment i was seen by the consultant at each appointment. Consultant always knew about my case, spoke in simple words and always polite and professional. Hospital was spotless and staff extremely friendly and caring.

I've not even had my operation yet and feel compelled to write this review. They have sent me to the wrong hospital for an appointment, failed to send paperwork, rung me for payments already made! They've not explained the procedure, and there is no co-ordination. I thought going private, I would see a very efficient set up. Absolutely shoddy! Fortunately I hand picked my surgeon so at least have total faith that he will perform a great orthopaedic procedure. Otherwise I would be running away as fast as I could! Think very carefully about going via One Health if you have an alternative option.

Having suffered for years with a very painful hip , it was a fantastic feeling not to feel pain again, my life changed thanks to a great surgeon I really can't thank the whole team at one health enough.
