I was very impressed with my experience as a whole and felt i was treated with respect and care by everyone i came into contact with either face to face or on the telephone.

I cannot recommend enough One Health. All the team that was involved in my surgery at Barlborough hospital for my first operation and the team at kinvara hospital for my second operation did a fantastic job before and after the operation. The service was outstanding thank you once again

It's been great service from start to finish and so quick. The One Health Groups I have attended the staff have been so helpful and polite. I would recommend this Group .

I was able to see a consultant within a week of referral from my GP. My hip replacement was done after only 4 months wait. From admission to discharge every detail was planned including post operative physio and final consultation 6 weeks later. I cannot praise everyone enough at Thornbury hospital and physio at Virgin Gym.

This practice is amazing, you ate greeted by friendly helpful staff. They have a machine that gives you free coffee, tea and even a Latte. The clinician I saw that carried out my nerve study was fabulous, caring and pleasant to talk to. Plus there is ample blue badge parking and loads of normal car spaces, all free might I add. In all it was a really nice experience, I would definitely return if I had to. The toilets are all clean and working as well. Also the waiting room has lovely relaxing chairs to sit on.

I received an appointment very quickly. The staff were friendly, professional and approachable. I did not have to wait too long before meeting my consultant who was also very professional, friendly and was very informative. I would highly recommend.

I saw the orthopaedic consultant at the One Health facility in Chesterfield. I had previously seen him at Chesterfield Hospital. He was thorough and professional, explaining to me what needed to be done and answering all my questions. I opted to be dealt with via One Health as an NHS patient and he took me through the process. He said that his secretary would telephone me to confirm the details and and he did so before I had got home. The consultation and the follow up were very reassuring.
