    Called 111 on 16/01/2024 after my GP surgery was full to capacity at 11am?i have COPD and have a nasty chest infection, which is regular for me, spoke to a telephone operator, explained my issues and was told a Dr would call me back, got a call but from a nurse offering me an appointment at a walk in centre 20 miles away, i explained to the nurse i was having an arthritis flare up in my feet and could not walk, i asked that with my history of chest infections could a prescription be issued she refused saying i needed to be seen, i explained my GP will issue without seeing me based on my history, she told me to call my GP told her capacity was full and i would not be dealt with, she virtually said hard luck, said if got any worse to call an ambulance, more strain on the NHS when she could have dealt with it, she then ended the call, i feel so ill, could not believe her attitude, she needs investigating, getting paid for nothing.

    Classic Nhs. Called about my 7-months old at 3 pm as Gp was fully booked. Was told, ‘doctor will call back within the hour, we might have a slight delay as we are very busy’. Credit to lovely person taking me through not relevant survey for about my child's condition. Doctor tried calling back at 2 & 3 am. By that time we were back from A&e. I think that 111 should be liquidated and funding should go to Urgent Care and A&e. It is absolutely useless .

    7 year old daughter severe ear pain over Weekend, drs not open, Pharmacy can't help tell me to call 111. Can't even book a out of hours clinic for her . Call 111 8am, still no call back 4am next day and I have a 7 year old crying her eyes out in agony so waiting for drs surgery to open. Pretty appalling.

    I called at 10.32am on Sunday morning as I was worried about a large clot I had passed. I have been diagnosed with a large polyp on my cervix and have been waiting 3 months for an appointment with the gynaecology department, still haven't had an appointment! I rang 111 as I believed I had passed the polyp and was having some pelvic pain. I was told I would get a call back within 2 hours. 5 hours later I had a call on behalf of the doctor to say they were running behind but I was marked down as a priority. I missed a call at 8.30pm as I was putting the kids to bed, then a missed call at 4.30am this morning! I'll wait to speak to my own Doctors this morning now. Hate to see how long the non priority patients have had to wait for a call back.

    Rang at 0845 on the 13th of January. I was promised a call back within 1-2 hours . I was away helping with my grandchildren, when I started to feel really poorly. I never did receive a call back . My Daughter who lives near had to share prescribed medication. I came home on Monday morning and had previously completed an e consult from my own surgery. Treated by 2pm. As a Staff nurse of 38 years working in the NHS. I was sad and extremely disappointed at the services now on offer.

    I only rang for advice to see if my condition would wait until my next GP appointment next week. You booked me in immediately for consult. The service has been excellent from 111 and also St George centre at Leeds. Thank you so much, you are a credit to your profession.

    I called three times and received no call back. The third time I called the assistant was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been sick for more than a month and have a chest infection. NHS has failed patients, do better if you expect higher pay

    Knee replacement surgery , excellent staffing , medical teams exceptional , food and provision services above and beyond first class , the whole process ran above expectations from start to finish ,all teams work for the good of the patients , and everything runs to agreed dates given , visits for surgery can come with worries and anxiety , but not in my experience at Southampton Hospital This group went out of their way to make your stay pleasurable , safe and friendly , and this they achieved , surgeon had amazing people skills as with all surgery staff . Well satisfied and job done
