The Fountain Medical Practice in Newark provided me with kindness, support, and guidance through a difficult time in sorting out my elderly mother's needs. Staff members and her own GP went over and above to help me and I can't thank them enough.

I had an appt at the Practice about a problem which led to a 2 week wait. They couldn't do enough for me, very caring, considerate and very professional. The Practice were amazing and very understanding, I explained about my problem and I was given an appt within a few days.

My family have been with this practice for 8 years. It is really good. Despite being incredibly busy, they always attempt to fit you in on the day (as long as you go online early enough). The doctors are great, non-patronising, sincere, concerned and really helpful. The practice is spacious and spotless and the reception staff friendly and helpful despite being run off their feet. We are lucky to have them and whilst you hear stories about poor service elsewhere, to me, this practice has just got better and better. Long may it continue & many thanks to the whole team of GP’s, nurses, reception staff, maintenance teams etc

I recently underwent surgery and my experience was fantastic simply because the staff there,made sure that I was prepared for my procedure in such a caring manner. All my questions were answered and everything was seamless. I received great quality round the clock care from all members of staff. Do keep up the priceless works in general as you all ‘rock’ and come highly recommended.

Visiting local rheumatology dept accompanying my elderly mother. Arrived to be told appointment cancelled. We did not know, consultant was sick. Mum distressed but both the receptionist and the specialist nurse attended to my mother's needs and we ended up having an extremely positive experience. NHS under so much pressure but nothing was too much trouble and the attention and service my mother received was quite frankly outstanding. I only wish I could name the people involved but know this isn't possible. A huge thank you to the staff at Southend University hospital. You are just wonderful. The staff at the x Ray unit deserve a special mention too. 5 star experience.

I went as I sprained my ankle. I got very quick service and the doctor provided me with a very effective treatment plan. The staff were very caring and professional. The building was also clean with new and developed infrastructure and facilities. This is outstanding by the NHS!

I have not engaged with the NHS very much in life, however turning 50 prompted me to have a general medical check-up. The staff at St. Peter's were helpful and efficient. The doctors I say were, while brisk, empathetic and friendly. Once minor issues had been identified, the referrals to various specialists were organised promptly, and I did not have to wait long to see them. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Unable to mention the empathetic and patient Doctors name as per Trust policy but both he and the Anaesthesia services did a remarkable job of putting my fears to rest and addressing my immediate concerns,to good effect Well done NHS staff for still delivering under pressure.
