First class service from reception team all the way up to surgical team. All very helpful and provided transport for me to get to my surgery

The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The doctor was extremely supportive and helpful, explained the condition very well and offered me a suitable solution and put me at ease as I was very anxious and feeling quite overwhelmed with my ongoing condition. I am very grateful for all her support in this time and day.

Your Review: My 91 year old mum was admitted by ambulance today after a heart attack . An ambulance got to her within 30mins and she lives in the very south west of Cornwall . The crew were kind , professional and thorough . I was allowed to travel with her and was in awe of their attention to mum and the safe fast way we got to hospital . Details of her symptoms and treatments along with heart traces and obs were sent ahead and on arrival she was taken straight into ED . She was met by a team of staff who straight away started treating her . She was admitted to Acute Med Ward within 2 hours and stabilised . I was treated with respect and care also being given tea , porridge and checked on . In these days of bad press and blame I wanted to say how impressed and grateful we are that our mum was treated with so much respect and care and at this moment is doing as well as she can in hospital , Thankyou .

Recently gone through a very tough time. I cannot praise the surgery highly enough. Everyone from reception to GPs have been fantastic and supportive.

I came for an mri with contrast a few days ago & the staff there were exemplary. I was very upset due to my current circumstances & also worried about the procedure. They were extremely kind & very reassuring. Absolutely outstanding service received from them. Thank you all so much
