Everything there was a good the sessions and the meetings were good for my son's needs. The therapist were simpathetic but professional.I had enough time to discuss my son's challenges.

I have been very happy with my experience. Staff have been helpful, polite and understanding. It has been a long journey for my daughter but finally with the help of Psicon she will now be able to receive the help she needs and stop struggling every day.

The whole process was dealt with very professionally and was very well managed. Every person I spoke to over the phone or in person was very helpful and was always available for help and advice.

My daughter was transferred to Psicon from Camhs and I’m so glad she was! The whole process of her autism assessment has been so quick and easy, they go out of their way to find appointments as close to you as possible, and her assessments and diagnosis have all been completed in less than a year.

I was very pleased with the ASD/ADHD assessment process with Psicon. Once transferred, they were quick to make the necessary appointments and very professional in their dealings. The doctors who we dealt with were lovely and my son really enjoyed his experience.

Great staff from the beginning of filling in questionnaires & making appointments. My son was made comfortable during his appointments & I was kept informed at all points. A long wait from the initial NHS referral & the transfer over but incredibly quick once this happened ( 2 months! ). Initial delays were during covid so can't be helped.

Very happy after a long wait this was quick and efficient. They gathered all the information they needed from schools and previous reports . We had 2 appointments 1 face to face and one teams call , by the end of the call the decision was made after a 9 year wait and being referred back and force to multiple agency’s within the nhs . Relieved to finally be able to get some help now .

Staff was professional, sensitive and very helpful. It was quick to get an appointment and the report was sent within a short period of time.

Excellent communication and explanation throughout the assessments. All staff seemed very knowledge, were prompt and courteous and we were given a conclusion by the end of the assessment

From the administration team to the clinical psychologist we saw they have all been efficient, welcoming and extremely helpful and professional.
