Great service from beginning to end, great communication and really helpful with my needs. I was being assessed for autism and was given lots of help with timing over my forms (extension in time dates as forms took me longer). Really accommodated my needs as I couldn’t travel and was offered a online assessment which was done from home which I found very easy to follow the link and have assessment completed. Excellent assessor who helped me to feel like I was talking to a friend. Excellent service and company from beginning to end, highly recommend this company.

Contacted before Easter due to long wait with Camhd. Told being sent to Psicon would mean diagnosis within 2 months. Verbal diagnosis finally given at start of Sept. 8 weeks later and we are still waiting for the written report to be able to get reasonable adjustment at college for A level mocks.

Very supportive admin staff to organise paperwork and appointment times in advance of our assessment. The assessment itself was conducted by friendly and professional staff and we got the result immediately.

Excellent service, always kept upto date with the process even before assesment date was given, we where lucky we didn't have to travel out of town for the observation assesment and then had the history and conclusion appointment was via zoom again excellent easy to attend. Thank you so much! We did have to wait but feel extremely lucky was 11 months from referral to a diagnosis for my child. Can't thank everyone enough!

After waiting over 3 years for an autism assessment to be completed through camhs due to a backlog from the pandemic, Psicon came to the rescue! They were quick to give appointments and carried out the remaining assessments within a few months and provided a diagnosis. They were very patient and understanding and dealt with my son in a sensitive and friendly but professional manner. I couldn't fault them.
