I was put at ease by the staff as I was very nervous everything was explained to me and I soon felt better they are brilliant people nothing was any trouble staff were great thank you

From the start the reception attention and medical service was first class (coffee and biscuits too!) Convenient location and comfortable clean facilities.

From the moment I was seen by the assessment team at Wokingham SpaMedica team to having a cataract removal operation, I felt that I was in the hands of a very professional and caring team. As my title says "First Class Treatment

I had cataract surgery, I was very nervous but the staff put me at ease and were so very nice and understanding, The attention I received was outstanding and I will not hesitate to have my second eye surgery when the time comes.

Nov. 2024 I had right eye surgery - Feb. 2025 I had left eye surgery. On both occasions I received excellent attention from all staff from reception through to surgery. Explanations were clear and at every stage the staff were friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend SpaMedica (Bexhill)

Warm welcome on arrival, all staff were most helpful, professional and inspired confidence in my going forward for cataract surgery. Pre op assessment on a Friday and booked in 8am the following Monday. Home by 10.30 feeling totally cared for. Very thorough examinations and explanations for every step of my journey. The calm environment in the clinic made a potentially stressful experience as reassuring and pleasant as possible. Thank you NHS for providing such excellent outsourced services.
