The whole team were polite, friendly and reassuring at every stage. And although it must seem like a production line of operations and patients, and they recite the same words over and over again, they never made me feel like I was on a production line. It really felt that I and my experience really mattered to them. So impressed.

An excellent experience from assessment to first cataract surgery. The staff were excellent throughout and always willing to help. The clinical staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable which was very reassuring. I will not be fearful of my second surgery and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you.

Excellent staff, really great at looking after you, would highly recommend them. Seen very quick at start of treatment, very efficient from there on. I cannot praise them enough, excellent.

I was slightly worried before having my cataract removed, but the nurses and doctor were fantastic put me at ease and made the whole process easy, and it was also very efficient and quick. I would also like to give the non medical support staff a great recommendation they take such good care of you from start to finish.

Cannot speak to highly of Spamedica. From initial assessment to arranging transport to their hospital in Bristol and the subsequent surgery caried out most professionally, found all the staff very efficient, friendly and supportive. The driver on the day transporting me their and back was brilliant; friendly courteous, great company and a credit to the Truro Branch of Medicare

The only small complaint I had with my second Cataract replacement was the pain during the process i really should have asked for more anaesthetics out of a score of 10. I would have rated it as a 7 with a sharp pain at the beginning of the procedure when I thought some device was used to keep my eye open giving me a pain level of 8 or 9. The surgen and all the staf helped me with the appointment and the end result is extremely satisfying and following all the instructionsI was given it all good so far.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, they are caring, compassionate, understanding and put patients at easy. From the staff who clean the building to the consultants everyone is so caring. While I was sat waiting to go for my eye operation they could see how nervous I was and they spent time with me talking me through the operation so I would understand what was going to happen step by step which really helped to easy my mind a great deal. I would back go back to Spamedica in a heart beat. Fantastic staff. Thank you for your support on the day of my cataract operation.
