I cannot praise this clinic enough . Every nurse that I had to see was so friendly & professional. My operation was quick & painless , & within 2 days I couldn’t believe how clearly I could see . Much better than my contact lenses !! I could even clearly see car no. plates at 50 metres ! Say no more .

My first appointment for a cataract went very smoothly, guided to each section of the 4 people carrying out their part of the initial checks and with minimal wait in between ,very friendly staff . I was offered an appointment 3 days later for removal,

Very thorough pre-assessment by a very competent team. This was followed by my cataract surgery on 10th August at the Sayers Common Surgery. I have nothing but the highest praise for the caring professionalism with which I was treated by the surgical team led by a highly skilled surgeon. The supporting literature giving advice on what to expect and what to do afterwards was clear and correct in all respects. What a great example of the NHS at its best.

I have just had my cataract removed in my right eye from start to finish the admin staff to the surgical staff have been absolutely brilliant.

I worked in the health service and private care as a health care professional for thirty years. The care I received at SpaMedica Worcester was of the highest standard and the support staff, reception etc. were absolutely lovely. Everyone made a worrying experience as easy as possible. Thank you.

I wish all my experiences with the NHS could be like this. From referral to operation less than a month. All staff I met seemed interested in me and making sure I was taken care of. I was kept informed at all times of what was going on and why, nothing was too much trouble I'd give it 10 stars.

The clinic is amazing fantastic service and fantastic staff...so very helpful and caring only thing was that it did hurt a lot..but would still highly recommend.

Top class service, was made to feel welcome and comfortable,and put at ease as was extremely nervous. I can't praise this hospital and it's service highly enough.

Service was very good staff excellent considerate and very caring atmosphere very calming only one slight problem which is parking some confusion about parking locations
