First cataract removed, all the staff were very friendly and the medical staff helped me through as I felt very nervous . Will not be too worried when I return for my second op in the near future

From walking into the building to having my cataract procedure done I felt nothing but very professional reassurance by everyone. The whole experience was ‘second to none’ and will most certainly book to have my second cataract done there

Like many people I was worried about anyone operating on my eye but once in the building I was amazed by their caring attitude.Every member of staff explained what was about to happen and they all put me at ease. The procedure was so straightforward and I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am very grateful for all their care and expertise.

From the preassesment to booking in and the surgery was excellent. The clinic was in Swansea. The staff were very efficient and caring. The only comment against was that during the surgery when washing the eye, the water ran down and soaked the neck and shirt. A towel around the neck would help.

The objective of this procedure was achieved, no problems or pain. If referred to SpaMedica for a Cataract procedure, you'll be in good hands. The only problem that I experienced was that the communication is dealt with via a call centre, so be aware of that, if you need to discuss personal potential problems.

SpaMedica Manchester is full of professional and friendly staff. The treatment I recieved was second to none.The staff put me at ease for my cataract operation and explained everything I needed to know. I can not recommend them enough.

I was so scared to have cataract removed, anything to do with eyes was a no no to me. I can honestly say, when second cataract had to be done, no problem. From the minute you enter the clinic each and every person are so kind, caring, and reassuring. I was at ease very quickly. The surgeons were excellent, I have had no problems. I highly recommend SpaMedica in Warmely, Bristol 100%

Had my first eye done today, I was so nervous but the staff and the surgeon was amazing and explained everything to me , I won’t be scared when I return for my other eye, thank you to all the lovely staff and the surgeon for the care shown to me
