    Had a meeting with ENT, didn’t listen properly, put in letter to Dr, nothing I said, wouldn’t recommend this place, much better places to attend than this, the audiology dept was fine, just not the so called specialist.

    I attended Thorpe Park Practice today for a Gastroscopy, the nursing staff were all lovely and very reassuring and the Consultant who performed the procedure was also very pleasant, professional and efficient. I was treated in a very respectful manner and with such kindness. I was put at ease and supported throughout. An excellent service with such kind staff, thank you.

    I had an endoscopy done at thorpe park - the staff who did it were lovely and made me feel comfortable. This is the positive. However.... That being said, the report that was given to me has no photos of my oesophagus/stomach so there is no way to know what is going on. Only a very brief summary of it. I was lied to by a nurse who called me for my pre-assessment who told me only gastroenterologists perform the procedure. That is a lie, it is not true, you are likely not going to get one. Therefore I couldn't ask anything about my condition and I was diagnosed with 2 things but there is no way to verify that because there are no photos of my gut to show to anyone. So not only did I go through something quite invasive and borderline traumatic, but I have no photos to show for a second opinion and I can't see a gastroenterologist to discuss. Feels like my effort was wasted and it is likely I will have to do this again somewhere else. I am not happy.

    I visited for a MRI scan, the care I reserved from the moment I walked in for great. The nursing staff were all very kind, caring and helpful. I would highly recommend going here to anyone that is having scans or tests done.

    My wife was booked with this company for a endoscopy, first time they don't advise her of sedation, tried with spray, she struggled and panicked. After 2 years referred again to the same company this time was said she will have sedation and not be awake, today had a call before the exame and was said she will be awake because is the company policy!!! This company looks is just to get millions from NHS!!! They said they will refer her to hospital, this is really stressful.

    Referred to the hospital from my GP Received a letter for an appointment from LivingCare ( I was not made aware my referral had been redirected to them from Leeds Teaching Trust ) I called and made it clear to LivingCare that one of the consultants i refuse to see due to previous consultation I’ve had with them in the past and the consultants appalling bedside manner.. I was booked under a different consultant I got a message 3 days before that appointment had been cancelled and been rearranged I called and found out it had been rebooked in with a consultant I had asked not to see When I’ve asked to be rebooked I was told if I refuse to see the consultant they rebooked my appointment with (even though they knew I would not see this consultant ) I will be waiting over 2 months to be rebooked back in..which would make my first appointment 5 months after receiving my referral! Left with Leeds Teaching id probably seen quicker Due to this asked to be discharged from them hoping my GP can get me seen quicker elsewhere Wish to raise this issue with LivingCare however there is no information on their website how to do this

    Having visited today for a Colonoscopy, and arriving with anxiety levels through the roof, I applaud all staff concerned. From the minute I arrived, until leaving, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Everyone I met, merely by their friendly and professional nature, put me at ease. Every aspect of the procedure was explained in a non medical manner, and all my questions were readily and honestly answered. Thank you to all concerned. Do I have any negatives? No.

    Booked MRI but had to call to say I have a vertigo episode at present can I rebook. Was reluctant to rebook. She quizzed me about my vertigo and said they don't do MRIs on those who've had a gastric bypass and not with vertigo. That's why I've been referred. She's not medically trained do why is she making these decisions. She says I need further evaluation form the GP. That's why they referred me to you. For an MRI. Very poor service.
