My husband brought me to the Urgent Treatment Centre. I was suffering with loss of appetite, abdominal pain and bowel issues. I was welcomed, seen promptly, diagnosed and given a prescription. Everyone: receptionist, obs nurse, doctor, the "man on the door" and the pharmacy staff were sympathetic, kind and helpful. Neither of us move very well, and every consideration given to us.I was reassured by the response- thank you all!

Attended the minor injury unit and just wanted to say all staff I was in contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. A special shout out to the young girl on reception who while I was waiting dealt with an elderly patient who was having problems with his prescription. She was extremely patient, kind and helpful

I got to see a GP yesterday at very short notice. They were kind, caring, patient and thorough. We discussed treatment options and came up with a plan. I left feeling comforted and confident that I would shortly be on the mend.

I had to attend UTC , feeling very unwell. Receptionists were professional , caring and reassuring. I was triaged and seen immediately due to the nature of my illness. I was treated by an extremely reassuring and competent nurse practitioner and felt very safe and confident in all aspects of my care. Thank you very much

I moved from a place with a great local surgery and was really nervous about transferring. Estuary View is better - I often get straight through on the phones (or don’t have to wait long) and the GPs are always engaging and listen attentively. Honestly the best NHS experience I’ve had - and that’s during an NHS crisis!

I am visiting family for the New Year and have developed a chest infection. I went to the walk in centre, was seen promptly by a nurse practioner who was able to pescribe the correct treatment. Very efficient and professional. Thank you very much.

Had to have regular appointments with the nurses at Whitstable Health Centre and Estuary view over 3 weeks. They were all so kind, professional and competent, I just want to thank them all.

From the guy on the door to the receptionist and nurses everyone was so kind, caring and helpful. My daughter and I was made to feel so at ease when injured. It was lovely to deal with such kind people even though we’re very busy. Thank you Estuary View.

I attended at the MIU with a very painful eye condition. I received superb treatment from one of the nurse practitioners there, who was thorough and attentive. She arranged an urgent appointment for me with a specialist. And gave me some useful puppy tricks for getting ointment into eyes and other practical advice to manage my eye condition in the meantime. Many grateful thanks to her!
