Always an enormous queue, 1 person serving taking forever, late opening, disinterested, please please Asda put more staff on the pharmacy, there are currently 11 people in the queue, some elderly and infirm and 1 person out the back. Ridiculous

Nearly every month this year they have missed out one or more of my Items and not just because they are out of stock.today they gave me my bag of tablets and I said dose that include the box in the safe she said no ok just wait I had been waiting for 1 hour before just like all the others in the que ,so I waited again and then the lady gave me my back my bag I get home open it up and OMG the Tablets that were in the safe are not there as I have said not the first time I have been down there 3 times this week just so that they would be ready today and now I will have to go down tomorrow and que up again what a joke I have trouble standing for long so end up kneeling on the floor

I’m not sure what they do but every time I come her to collect a prescription that is already ready I seem to be here for at least 20-30 minutes. They’re all laughing in the back chatting away , laughing. The organisation of how it is all done should be looked at. Sits almost like they make you wait in the que while they get it ready there isn’t any other reason for this.

In two occasions I've tried to get prescriptions from ASDA pharmacy in Langley Mill, near Heanor The first was an emergency pain prescription sent through from the doctors. I went to collect it the same day an hour after it was sent.... Told it wasn't ready and to wait 15 minutes. Today I went again but this time I'd left 24 hours from the prescription being left to collection. Again, told it wasn't ready after 24 hours. It was left at 9.30 on Friday and still wasn't ready 10 am Saturday morning. I couldn't wait 15 mins again as I had an appointment to keep and was calling on my way. I now have to wait until Monday to collect it and make a second journey. Staff are rude, surley and don't seem to care . Zero customer service. Too busy chatting to each other in the back about unrelated work things. The poorest service I've ever received. Customers can beg seen waiting ( today was a queue of 4) they are ignored and all told their prescriptions are not ready.

Ordered on 4/6 and 8/6 tried to collect 11/6 not done as usual said I would go back my daughter went back on 17/6 still not done and said no time to do it completely out of medication very disorganised and rude and refused to speak to me on the phone come away again with no medication after they had the script for 13 days did collect daughters but only half there the part missing was Ordered 2 weeks ago they should never leave a customer without there meds this can be very dangerous to a person's health must of been at least 10 people there with the same issue 1 woman had an urgent script sent over for there child they refused to do as they closed in 40 mins they shouldn't be allowed to trade very dangerous place

A prescription was being sent electronically from out of hours service as my partner was really unwell. I went to Asda Fosse park to collect this. They stated that it hadn't been downloaded or make any attempt to find it on the cloud. I then rang Boots Fosse park as previously discussed with the Dr we had a choice between boots or Asda as to where the prescription was to be sent and I had requested Asda. Whilst at Asda I rang Boots and even though the prescription hadn't been sent to them the brilliant pharmacist there took my partner's Dob found his NHS number and downloaded his prescription excellent service. So I shall be informing family friends and colleagues of the poor service from Asda and will not use them again.

I have to pick up my medication daily from Asda pharmacy and this is the second in a week I will be left without medication I need. And the staff are not helping me at all. A shrug of the shoulders and saying there's nothing they can do

Poor service. Always queues. They then send you away for 30 mins while they prepare the prescription and then you have to queue again for another 30 mins. Don’t answer their phone

Went to get meds 9.15 dosette box explained he had no meds for that told would get done by 2.30 that day went back 4.30. The pharmacist lied Never done had to ring 111 and get a emergency 4 day supply it's heart medication at 6.30 pm .going to report to NHS england.this is not the first time this has happened

This chemist never picks up the phone. Several staff tried to contact them but the phone rings out all the time there is a need to report something very urgently but we cannot contact anyone / get through to anyone.
