Tries to collect my drugs which have been ready for over a week, not ready and had to wait half hour. Happens every month.

Can never pick up a prescription quickly, every time it is over half an hour wait, even when you are the only customer there. Even if you leave it a week after your prescription is ready to collect, it will still not be ready!! Staff are rude, unhelpful, not a smile or a hello, not a friendly person there! I in fact felt like a nuisance over an issue that was not my fault and was theirs. Left waiting with no one explaining and I felt forgotten. Was an absolute shambles, no order, no one working together. Long queue forming while only 1 staff member out front. Talking to customers about private matters in the waiting area for all to hear rather than in the consulting room. One lady even said she felt embarrassed! I am appalled and this isn't the first time, it has been going on for a long time. The attitude of the staff there is awful. As it is ongoing I am now going to look at changing where I get my prescriptions sent.

Went for emergency prescription. Didn't open on time. Loads of staff but been waiting over 20 mins already. Total chaos. Pharmacist no urgency for anything. Go elsewhere if urgent.

Quick, efficient and friendly staff. I got both my partners and my prescriptions from here. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Waiting time at Asda Huyton regularly in excess of 30 minutes before handing in prescription at which time you have to query again

I think the woman that served me forgot the reason she was there. Really miserable and not helpful. She needs to realise that she could be serving people that are unwell and maybe in pain.

After waiting since Wednesday for a call about my medication being ready, they never did so today being Saturday i phoned and eventually someone answered i was told to come and collect, to get there and be told its not there first they blamed my doctors, then another member of staff and then the owner. Communication is poor, reliability is non existent. Dont waste your time and go elsewhere

Sadly the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. He did not want to treat or even look at my child who was unwell. He simply sent us away to see our GP. The new initiative to take the pressure off of the GPs and the Hospitals is clearly not being adhered to.

I went to Asda pharmacy to get my private prescription… only to be told this prescription wasn’t valid… it was a photocopy.. I questioned this… was told the consultant’s signature was done using the wrong pen! It ‘looked’ like a photocopy!!Who even checks if it’s been signed using a certain pen!! I had to travel 10+ miles to another pharmacy who didn’t even question this private prescription/or signature..disgusting with how I was treated!

Hey there I came yesterday to pick up a prescription for my nana and one of the staff was rude and judgemental and was very unprofessional and kept giving me weird looks as well I would highly not recommend
