I have my rx at Asda Hessle Rd they send me a text to say it's ready , every time I go they tell me oh when you receive that text that means we've just received your prescription from your doctor. The text clearly states your prescription Is ready for collection. It is then a good half hour if they have the items in for them to sort it. Even if I leave it 48 hours after the text it isn't ready or they don't have the items in. These are the same items every month. The lady behind the counter is more interested in telling customers how busy her day had been and what she is going to do when she gets home. There can be 10 people in the que and she will have a full blown conversation. I have waited 20 mins just to ask for my prescription to be then told to go do some shopping and come back in 30 mins. I can't walk for 30 mins. Sort your text service out send a message saying items not in save us all queuing for nothing.

I went to collect prescription at Asda pharmacy as I was told it was there and on the system to then be told they couldn't find the prescription spent 30 minutes in a queue of 8 people and was told again prescription couldn't be found. 1 staff member to deal with prescription and everyone else's. I'd waited long enough and asked for my prescription paperwork to be released so that I could get it from somewhere else.... massive improvement needed on every level.

I was told they were having problems getting hold of Lustral. I never had these problems before Sainsbury's pharmacy closed. Terrible excuses, they even told me that the prescription line had missed the Lustral from my order only to find my prescription after I had waited for 35 minutes. I swapped to a different pharmacy and now I have no problems. Don't get your prescription from Asda Bridgwater, they don't have a clue.

My daughter was told her prescription was ready at Asda to be told they don't have it! So she tried other pharmacy's which they told her Asda have it ready! By this time and all the traveling to try getting her prescription it was getting late and left it till the next day. She went back to Asda to be told again! "We don't have it"this is absolutely ridiculous. Over 2 days trying to pick up 1 prescription and still don't have it.

Not sure why it takes so long go get repeat prescriptio's made up. When the GP send's it electronically 5 day's prior I am still waiting for it to be made up ? It takes minutes to arrive from GP so should never take 5-6 days to be ready. Plus I get asked everytime if I pay it should say on my records I don't?
