    My carer spends 25mins in a queue every week trying to get my weekly prescription. The staff are more interested in talking amongst themselves, never apologise for any mistakes, and make collecting your meds as difficult as possible for customers. They often tell my carer the meds aren't there only to find them if my carer insists they look again. They never have scripts ready despite being electronically sent every week. When my next scripts are due for renewal I'm definitely changing chemist

    I never leave reviews as you can catch someone on a bad day but I have to say with Asda Pharmacy everyday is a bad day, such a shame as they were great. They never order your prescriptions on time, everything is always out of stock. Three or four visits every time you need your medication it is a total shambles and your left for what seems a life time before your acknowledged and served when there is no one else in the store. I appreciate some medication are limited but it happens every single time its a lottery if you going to get them or not. Phone service would be great to tell you meds are not available rather then waiting for you to arrive days later. Come on Asda its just not good enough! I now go to another pharmacy, professional, friendly and most of all helpful, long may that continue.

    Have to go in twice- once to ask them for prescription, then again 3 days later to collect. No way of calling ahead, phone is never answered. Staff completely uninterested, don’t seem to care, if something was needed urgently, they say to go somewhere else.

    Trying to get a prescription from asda pharmacy is an absolute joke! Doesn't matter which asda pharmacy you use, they are all the same. If you get your prescription sent there, they won't get it printed until you arrive and then are told ridiculous waiting times. When I went to an independent pharmacy my prescription took 2 minutes to be done but take asda minimum 20 minutes to complete a prescription even for one item! I would never recommend asda pharmacy

    Will leave you without epilepsy medication for weeks due mistakes and they think its a laughing matter when you raise concerns. Asda Seaham Pharmacy Totally unprofessional and manager shows no respect or dignity to customers when express concerns. No duty of care given

    I've experienced to be treated rude from one of asda pharmacists (Boston) brach. The lady took my money but util she was getting receipt ready i asked to give me bigger pack of tablets. She made unhappy face and said she will need to get refund. Then she return money tablets costs but still was keeping in hand my money. So, obviously she didn't give me change from first transaction but returned refund of price of tablets. I told her she should returnt whole amount back, however she was going over me aggressivly rising voice telling that is my change. I asked her again to check as i weren't paid change from first transaction. She made unhappy face and said, that my money. Then come her collegue who was the wittess of whole act. And she confirmed what i told. Then i received my money back. The pharmacist was unpolite. She even told me sorry... it is not first time she is rude to me. My opinion, if she can't work with people do not do it

    Pharmacist talk in a rude way and take hours to prepare medicine . Pharmacist was taking about her personal issue to another sales assistant while customers waiting . Already changed the pharmacy.

    I have my rx at Asda Hessle Rd they send me a text to say it's ready , every time I go they tell me oh when you receive that text that means we've just received your prescription from your doctor. The text clearly states your prescription Is ready for collection. It is then a good half hour if they have the items in for them to sort it. Even if I leave it 48 hours after the text it isn't ready or they don't have the items in. These are the same items every month. The lady behind the counter is more interested in telling customers how busy her day had been and what she is going to do when she gets home. There can be 10 people in the que and she will have a full blown conversation. I have waited 20 mins just to ask for my prescription to be then told to go do some shopping and come back in 30 mins. I can't walk for 30 mins. Sort your text service out send a message saying items not in save us all queuing for nothing.

    I went to collect prescription at Asda pharmacy as I was told it was there and on the system to then be told they couldn't find the prescription spent 30 minutes in a queue of 8 people and was told again prescription couldn't be found. 1 staff member to deal with prescription and everyone else's. I'd waited long enough and asked for my prescription paperwork to be released so that I could get it from somewhere else.... massive improvement needed on every level.

    I was told they were having problems getting hold of Lustral. I never had these problems before Sainsbury's pharmacy closed. Terrible excuses, they even told me that the prescription line had missed the Lustral from my order only to find my prescription after I had waited for 35 minutes. I swapped to a different pharmacy and now I have no problems. Don't get your prescription from Asda Bridgwater, they don't have a clue.
