    Turned up for Flu Vaccine which I booked online and when I arrived after waiting 10 mins to be served, I was told they have no vaccine’s available and this was a data issue. Didn’t even get an email from Asda to say appointment could not go ahead. Customer service very poor

    Regularly wait 15-30 minutes to pick up prescriptions for my disabled daughter. Suffer from leg pain but nowhere to sit while waiting would not recommend

    I waited an hour for my prescription with 2 people waiting in front of me - pharmacist very slow and person in front of me with baby was distressed, whilst person on till was very apologetic. I was asked to come back in 2 days to pick up the remainder of my prescription. In 2 days they were unable to fulfil my prescription or provide me with suitable alternative (was offered double dose / unlicensed alternative. I couldn't hear the pharmacist behind the mask, screen and standing a metre back and the person on till had to transcribe what was said. Both came across unsympathetic and did not have a suitable alternative solution. I was left without my full prescription and unable to go elsewhere as I'd started what was provided. I was financially out of pocket as I would have had to ask my GP to request a prescription elsewhere at additional cost of prescription. I've not had issues before now, but this has left me upset - I left the pharmacy in tears and am now looking for a new pharmacy.
