I went to collect prescription at Asda pharmacy as I was told it was there and on the system to then be told they couldn't find the prescription spent 30 minutes in a queue of 8 people and was told again prescription couldn't be found. 1 staff member to deal with prescription and everyone else's. I'd waited long enough and asked for my prescription paperwork to be released so that I could get it from somewhere else.... massive improvement needed on every level.

I was told they were having problems getting hold of Lustral. I never had these problems before Sainsbury's pharmacy closed. Terrible excuses, they even told me that the prescription line had missed the Lustral from my order only to find my prescription after I had waited for 35 minutes. I swapped to a different pharmacy and now I have no problems. Don't get your prescription from Asda Bridgwater, they don't have a clue.

My daughter was told her prescription was ready at Asda to be told they don't have it! So she tried other pharmacy's which they told her Asda have it ready! By this time and all the traveling to try getting her prescription it was getting late and left it till the next day. She went back to Asda to be told again! "We don't have it"this is absolutely ridiculous. Over 2 days trying to pick up 1 prescription and still don't have it.

Not sure why it takes so long go get repeat prescriptio's made up. When the GP send's it electronically 5 day's prior I am still waiting for it to be made up ? It takes minutes to arrive from GP so should never take 5-6 days to be ready. Plus I get asked everytime if I pay it should say on my records I don't?

Called to 2 hours after prescription was sent got there there was a 45 min queue then a 40 minute wait got my prescription noticed today 2 boxes are empty

I normally love my asda pharmacy as they work so hard to get what I need and help me in every way. However the last few months they have had issues with getting a pharmacist in on a sunday. This had now stopped me getting my meds that i need today. This is not good, it needs to be sorted out in future going further.

I have every respect for people working in this pharmacy, but really they leave you standing for ages always people waiting waiting, no ever answers the phone, really sort yourselves out.

Required ointment which can be purchased over the counter. Went to a chemist earlier and was advised to get but they didn't have stock in, went to Asda and the pharmacist wouldn't sell it to me. explained I have already had advice to get it and now he was telling me no, told me to wait 4 days instead let the stye get worse and then come back. Made no sense whatsoever as I had advice to purchase it already, I was on day 2 already, and ended up purchasing it from Sainsburys pharmacy instead. Waste of time and petrol. not recommend.

I rushed to Asda to pick up some treatment for my grand daughter the day after the state funeral (even though we were able to get a doctors appt on the day of the funeral there want a chemist open less than 60 miles away). It’s advertised as opening at 7am. No pharmacist available for at least 20 mins. Unfortunately this has happened before.

Pharmacy was 10 mins late opening! no apology or even a smile. Asda may well not be my chemist of choice in future.
