My husband and I both get our prescriptions on repeat from Boots via our surgery. Last month it took 4 visits over 12 days to get a complete set of both. This month is has been 12 days so far, with 3 visits but still waiting for 3 items. There was no pharmacist for 4 days was one reason given for the delay. They only allow 3 people in the store at a time, so you have to queue outside. Then you get to the counter to be told it's not ready and to come back the next day. This even happened after I had received a text saying it was ready for collection!!
