  1. Review titled Boots online doctors

by Anonymous - Posted on 01 August 2024

Complete waste of time to be honest, my health is in a very bad situation all I got was conflicting advice from their GPs and my local GP. Refused me a treatment which would change the quality of my life. I was asked by boots GPs to consult with my GP regarding mental health and the sought out treatment, my GP had no concerns regarding mental health and this treatment. Despite contacting Boots GPs to update them on this new information they continued with the typical I'm sorry we can't help here's your refund....extremely disappointing. Complete waste of time.

  2. Review titled Terible service - Boots Arbroath.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Staff are very un helpful, there is never anyone to serve, they ignore people standing, messing about with the computer printingbout labels, untrained in customer service and first aid. A young man was having a diabetic low couldnt speak i witnessed them all standing staring at him until i eventually advised them to call an ambulance since they were clueless. Luckily i saw a first responder i knew and he had to buy the lad a can of coke as boots pharmacist refused to give him glucose. Every member of staff surrounded him stood staring the one looking for my prescription stopped looking for my prescription to stand at desk and stare they didnt even take the young man to a private area of the store when he was clearly distressed. Drug addicts get privacy why cant someone who is clearly ill very unproffessional and extremely rude. Stood at checkout for 10 minutes one day after waiting at pharmacy for 30minutes even though i had left the store for 45minutes to give them the allocated time to make up my prescription it still wasnt ready. Got mt prisciption finally. Stood at checkout to pay for items i needed ended up walking out after staff clearly seen me but chose to ignore me after stood for 20 minutes customer service is abismal. I will never ever return to boots i spend a lot of money on boots online as customer service is so bad but wont be doing that anymore either after today it really was the last straw. Be as well closing the store down or getting new staff as current ones are beyond useless.

  3. Review titled Terrible cusomer experience with boots online

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Warwick - Posted on 11 July 2024

As a frequent patron of Boots online, I anticipated a seamless and efficient service, especially considering my consistent orders averaging £250. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations. Upon returning to Boots due to a collection issue with another supplier, I was met with an excessive inquiry process for my refrigerated medication order, which, despite my prompt responses, was not processed for over five days, leaving me without my medication. This ordeal has revealed significant shortcomings in the online service, which is meant to simplify the medication ordering process. The lack of responsibility taken by Boots, attributing the problem to boots online as a separate entity, is particularly disconcerting. After this experience, I have resolved to not return and would advise others to consider alternative providers who have a track record of fulfilling their commitments. Superdrug, for instance, has consistently delivered on their promises, even though they do not carry the medication I require.

  4. Review titled Boots pharmacist did not bother to come out

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Liz - Posted on 16 April 2024

The pharmacy had no queue. I asked to see the pharmacist because I was experiencing an outbreak of itchy spots on my face, spreading to my eyelids. The assistant was very pleasant, but insisted that I describe my symptoms at the counter. She then relayed these to the pharmacist who, without even coming out to check my face, diagnosed an allergy. It was suggested I use a product containing benzyl peroxide to wash my face. If things did not improve, then I should see my GP fir a blood test. Needless to say, the wash was way too harsh for my skin and did nothing to relieve the allergy. Whilst the assistant was very nice, why did the pharmacist nokt even bother to come and see me face to face? To be honest, she should not be diagnosing without face to face contact.

  5. Review titled Appalling service Milton Keynes Westcroft

Boots excelled themselves today - icy cold morning and customers made to wait outside until 9.40am as the pharmacist didn’t arrive on time. It is usual to have to wait in long queues here to collect medication. The staff in general are very pleasant but they definitely need to sort the pharmacy out. Christmas and New Year opening hours are still on display at the front entrance. It’s now January 15th.

  6. Review titled Boots plympton, poor customer service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 28 December 2023

I appreciate that one of the branches in plympton has closed and they seem to have less staff somehow but it's easier to call 111 than it is this pharmacy. No one answers, or they pick up the phone and put it down on you. It's a poor state of affairs when you might have to go to the store physically to have a simple question answered. I'm moving over as soon as I can to somewhere contactable.

  7. Review titled Poor customer service

They don’t care about customers. Medicines are always out of stock. Behaviour is not friendly. It’s like they are doing you a favour by looking at you. Hate to visit Boots (Huddersfield)

  8. Review titled Uniterested and poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

The pharmacist at Poole Redlands could not be less interested in serving customers. I went today looking for a product. He asked me to wait as was filling a prescription. No problem. Came to serve me, asked for a product I had been recommended, checked and said out of stock. I asked for whatever was similar and he just shrugged and said ‘this is the only one’ and just walked off. Could not have cared less and very clearly just wanted to get back to his job of filling prescriptions. I went elsewhere and got what I needed and plenty of advice too. Absolutely would not got back here as the level of service was seriously poor and very lacking.

  10. Review titled Waste of time

Boots in Woodley is a DISGRACeas there is always a large queue for Pharmacy i decided to be there for opening time published at 09:00hr, this is a JOKe on a Monday as evidentially the Pharmacist never appears before 09:30mins. Gave up waiting at 09:10ths when a member of staff apologised again also saying she had been unable to contact the manager but HAd left a message. Went and did all my shopping but still not open, the other * people who had been there when I left had also given up and gone!
