Both the Pharmacy and the Surgery have always delivered a first class performance for me and my wife. People complain about having to wait for medication but the huge number of patients they serve is the reason for that and I could not be happier with the service I receive and the very cheerful way it is delivered.

Very disappointed today - I went to collect my son's prescription, but one item was missing (the item we really needed). Instead of advising me to take the prescription elsewhere, I was told to call 111 as they had no idea when they would have it in. On the way back to the car it dawned on me that I could take the prescription to another pharmacy, but the pharmacy refused because I had already taken the other item. I often find the pharmacy is lacking basic items like antibiotics and steroids - I'll be going to Tesco from now on!

It’s the 6th time I’ve been in for one prescription. I waited 20 minutes every time in a long queue, only to Be told they still don’t have it

Drivers are great. Pharmacy, however, is disorganised and wasteful. I have a monthly prescription which the pharmacy gets wrong over 50% of the time. 2 times in the last 6 months have delivered twice in a month and 6 times have missed items. They need to improve their management as they must be costing the NHS £’000s every month

When you try and call the pharmacy they never pick up, my dad had an appointment for covid and they said they had cancelled it. They said they had no more covid files left from Thursday that people were walking in. So assuming they used these on walk ins and did not keep enough back for the appointments booked. Then why are you accepting covid appointments and not fulfilling them. The prescription I needed to pick up was not ordered then had to wait again. Not happy with the service provided. Very disappointed.

They cant get repeat prescriptions ready for customer collection in advance so fluster around while you wait causing much time wasting. Often they don’t have even routine drugs in stock. Customer service skills are non existent. Always customers complaining or cursing Needs strong organisational / process management improvements . If these simple management techniques were in place vast improvements could be made very quickly and a third of the useless staff could be cut.

Always have to phone every month for my repeat which is delivered but never turns up always give my repeat script to delivery man don,t understand why I have to call. some months I run out not really good enough and get very worried each month

I was very impressed with the service they gave me when I rang them they actually picked up the phone immediately not like some keep u waiting & waiting,& they had everything I required. Also a very quick service with my requirements ,didn’t have to wait long.A very efficient Pharmacy & friendly staff thank you all.
