I used this service for the 1st time for my little girl. It was great, easy to book online and we could also be seen on a Saturday instead of waiting till Monday for an antibiotic cream. Would highly recommend.

Saw the pharmacist this morning after being unwell for a couple of weeks and having taken another dip in my symptoms rather than getting better, I booked an appt. I think I’d developed another infection after having had bronchitis/flu the week before. I felt immediately at ease and listened to. This was a great consultation where I felt the pharmacist really took the time to listen , understand my symptoms and agree a plan on how to treat what he thought the infection might be. It was great to feel heard and he made the experience easy…which is amazing when you feel unwell and need it to be easy!! Thank you to the pharmacist at citywide Haxby. I would certainly come again if needed to. Fingers crossed it won’t be needed, but if it was I would come here again.

I went to Haxby Pharmacy this morning for my flu vaccination . My appointment was on time. The Pharmacist was friendly and very efficient. The vaccination was administered quickly and pain free. I would definitely recommend using this service.

I had booked an appointment for my flu jab, arrived 10 mins early. Receptionist directed me to a seat but before I could sit down I was called to the consultation room. Very friendly vaccinator, made me feel at ease, discussed the fact I was on antibiotics, ok to continue. Vaccinated and done within a few minutes.

What a fantastic way to kick off the new year. I put in a request for my prescription on line on one day and got a text the next telling me it was ready. Thank you Haxby Pharmacy!

Called for my flu jab, friendly staff and quick service, I felt safe in the pharmacy even though it was busy. Plenty of seating areas

Had flu jab and all went smoothly. Short wait time, lovely lady injecting. She was smiley, kind and efficient .
