Was able to get an appointment quickly and given time to discuss. I felt listened to and the staff were helpful and explained clearly what was needed.

My son had suspected tonsillitis so I booked online for him to visit the pharmacy to see a pharmacist. Even though he was extremely busy he was really lovely with my son and did a great job. He prescribed antibiotics and got these issued before we left. A much smoother process than the GP option. Thank you!

. Needed a vaccine for travel. Pharmacist very helpful in enabling me to get the vaccination. Professional in administration of it and explanation of vaccine side effects.

With high dose steroid tablets recently prescribed by the hospital and causing imbalance with blood pressure and blood sugars I was monitoring both. At a weekend I requested a blood pressure appointment and staff and the Pharmacist were very friendly, very helpful, even lending a monitor for 24 hr readings Sat/Sun and reported to surgery for me Monday am A GP then saw me. When I went back again with my own monitor for which I was having some adjustment problems, again a Pharmacist was ready to help. They are a credit to our City Wide Pharmacy.

I had a Covid and Flu injection. I was impressed with the way I was treated. I also thought the receptionist checking me in was very professional

Did urine sample to check for UTI which you can no longer just drop at the surgery so went to pharmacy without an appointment and had an efficient consultation and left with some antibiotics to hopefully get me better

This pharmacy came out to Pickering to deliver Covid injections. It was delivered with expertise and was pain free.

I had a yellow fever vaccination and it couldn’t have gone smoother, the pharmacist was great from the word go, she came straight back to me via email with all the documents I needed and also any other info I needed. When I turned up for the appointment she was very friendly and informative, I really felt relaxed, I didn’t even feel the vaccine either so it all went really well! I would 100% recommend this pharmacy.
