Excellent, friendly service for our Covid boosters. We were seen immediately, all details were checked clearly beforehand and I didn't feel a thing. The shop was clean and well-stocked and the boosters were given in a private room to the rear. They even let us bring in our bikes. Definitely recommend, thank you.

The pharmacist very kindly offered advice for an injury my son had on his leg, he suggested I bring him down to see him which I did. After a careful evaluation in the consultation room he suggested a steroid cream, dressing and moisturiser. He also offered advice should the injury not heal. He was kind and professional and an asset to the NHS, an excellent resource avoiding having to try to get a doctors appointment. Would definitely make this pharmacy first call when in need of advice and self treatment. Thank you

Visited today to have my covid booster. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shop is bright and well organised. Did not feel a thing when I had the injection :)

Went in to collect my repeat prescription and mentioned I had recieved a text asking me to book a covid booster and a flu jab. I was immediately offered them if I was OK to wait, 5 mins and was straight in and out. Excellent service. Thank you.

Quick and helpful. I was seen on time and they answered all of my questions . It was handy as I live on the west mill estate and saved me having to travel a long distance.

Walked in today for my Covid booster as the one I had booked on Hermitage road wasn't operating today. In and out in 5 minutes. The gent doing the vaccine was very professional and helpful.

Went in for my covid booster. Was offered my flu jab at the same time. No waiting. In and out within 5 mins whereas other places in Hitchin had experienced long delays.

I was cancelled by another pharmacy in Hitchin with only 10 minutes notice. Cross Chemist managed to fit me in on the same day, they were very professional and helpful.

I booked my Covid booster on line, without a hitch. Went for my vaccine today very friendly staff. Vaccine done in only a few minutes. No long queues!! Excellent service.

I have used this Pharmacy for many years. Always received excellent customer service. The staff could not be more helpful than they are. Just attended for flu and Covid booster vaccinations. Very quick and easy process, well organised. Very caring. Could not recommend this practice highly enough
