A superb, no fuss walk in service for flu and COVID vaccination. Excellent explanation of process from extremely professional and personable staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

I arrive early to get my COVID vaccination and there was only 1 person in front of me. The vaccination was done very quickly with no fuss. Parking is also relatively easy.

Cross Chemist were very organised and efficient regarding Covid jabs. All the staff were friendly and one person greeted customers by name as they arrived. Requests were dealt with in a professional manner. This is our first visit to this chemist which we didn't know existed. It was a pleasure to get our jabs from them.

I had booked my seasonal booster at another local pharmacy, my appointment was cancelled without being notified. I turned up at Cross pharmacy as a walk in and received the booster straight away. Very efficient

My son injured his wrist at football, I popped in to the pharmacy for advice on the way home, the pharmacist assessed my son and advised due to his age and how painful it was to get an x-ray, the assistant there said that the QEII specialise in that area, it turned out that he had in fact fractured his wrist and received treatment immediately so I am very grateful for that advice, thank you.

My wife abd I had booked our seasonal Covid jabs, but on arrival we were offered flu jabs at the same time. We were seen straight away and the whole process was extremely quick, efficient & friendly. We were also impressed by the diligence of the staff, who were asking customers whether they had had their Covid and flu jabs yet, and offering the services on a walk-in basis.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient to have COVID and Flu jabs. Nothing is too much trouble. Good sense of humour, I'm sure they need that. Very patient. Have been using their services for 25 years for repeat prescriptions and many other things.
