I attended a booked covid vaccination yesterday 6th October. No queue, I was seen straight away and parked outside the door. A very courteous and efficient treatment completed quickly. I also had the flu jab while I was there so saved me having to book with my GP. Thank you Cross Pharmacy for offering a very easy and professional service.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the friendly courteous staff at the pharmacy. I had not used Cross Chemists before but would certainly use them in future. I didn't have an appointment but having been let down earlier in the day at another chemist in town when the vaccinator didn't turn up, it was purely by a chance conversation with a lady in Hitchin that I was advised to go to Cross Chemist where I was able have my Covid and Flue infections without any problem. The pharmacist explained everything clearly to me and I was made to feel totally at ease. I have been having trouble with obtaining a prescription that has been outstanding for some time and was advised that if I obtained the name of the of the medicine then the pharmacist would obtain the medicine for me. What a change in the times that we are living through to be treated so lovely . Cross Chemist you are a credit to your community. I will certainly use you in the future. Thank you.

A friendly welcome, many others were clearly regulars and were greeted by name and asked how they were. My Covid jab was done swiftly and I was offered and accepted my flu jab at the same time. Having had cancellations in other venues, I was so pleased to be seen, and with such courtesy and charm.

I had both flu and Covid vaccinations at this pharmacy. They offer a walk in service and carried out both of my vaccinations in an efficient, and friendly manner. So easy, painless and professional! Thank you Cross Chemist!

We had been told that this pharmacy could, if they had vaccines in stock, give the above vaccines on demand on production of our NHS numbers. This proved to be true for both my wife and I (both 70 years plus) We were in and out in about 10minutes and dealt with politely and efficiently.

Just received a covid booster. I was seen on time and process was very efficient. I was even offered a flu jab, although I had already had this. Planning to change to this pharmacy for my prescriptions.
