Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our autistic son for the vaccinations he required, Spanish staff member was fantastic, he really put him at ease throughout with his friendly calm personality which made the whole experience go very smoothly - we’re very grateful, thank you

Went for Covid vaccination. Quick and efficient. There is a need to the outside signage to be changed as we all turned to the right when entering the gate as the Covid sign there pointed us to go, which was not intended for us.

Booked in here for annual flu and Covid-19 boosters through NHS website. The service was quick and efficient, with extremely professional and warm staff. I will not hesitate to use this practice again!

I went to Graham Young for my Covid vaccination on 27th October. The staff were very efficient and courteous, they explained everything and there was no delay..

The procedure was explained and carried out by the pharmacist, who had a pleasant manner, and put me at my ease. It was unrushed and painless. I would thoroughly recommend this method of wax removal. Lots of parking is a bonus.

Myself and my husband came to the pharmacy to ask for a walk in COVID jab. The gentleman at the pharmacy asked for our details and also offered us our flu shots at the same time. We both said we would have it done as it would save time. After a short wait in reception we were called through together. After checking our personal details, a doctor explained what was going to be done and proceeded to give us our jabs . Swift and very efficient service undertaken by all members of staff at this practice. Thankyou very much!

I was referred to this practice for my COVID booster. It was easy to find, park my car and once inside it was well staffed and welcoming.

Today I had my covid booster at the Graham Young Pharmacy and the staff were friendly, polite and immediately put me at ease. The injection was quick and painless and the service I received was great.
