Went for my Covid-19 vaccine boost and I was so surprised how quickly this was done. The staff were lovely and I hardly felt anything. The speed of service was also great. Thank you.

Clean premises,friendly staff, quick service easy to park,not to far from the city centre should I have needed to walk but also well serviced by buses.

I arrived with a friend, who was due a COVID booster, and enquired as to the criteria and whether I was eligible. I was booked in, and had not even sat down before my name was called! Fantastic service by all

Although I arrived a few minutes late, due to a road closure, I was checked-in and received my vaccination in just a few minutes. The staff were friendly, but were not wearing name badges and did not introduce themselves. Apart from that it was a very positive experience.

Very efficient and friendly. Well organised and quick. I attended for my covid booster. It was done quickly and with information being given on the booster. Staff were helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy

It was quick and professional staff served me were friendly and welcoming. Both covid 19 and flue done im happy with this kind of service took less than 10 minutes.

Had an appt for covid vaccine but was eligible for flu; I asked if I could also get the flu and both given at same time without any hesitance. Great humour, friendly and professional.

Although the practice was busy, I only had to wait 5 minutes to receive my covid vaccination. Very pleasant and very professional.

I came for a COVID vaccine and was asked if I'd had a flu jab. I hadn't managed to get one so it was also offered. The doctor gave practical advice on possible side effects of both vaccines. I had my granddaughter along and the doctor put her at ease. The whole process was quick, professional and painless.

I was very impressed with this modern, outstanding new pharmacy complex. The experience was fantastic from walking in the door until I exited. The reception area I needed was well signed, the receptionist was both efficient and friendly. I had a very short wait to be called into the clinic. There were two staff members waiting for me, one ready with the computer / administration, one ready to vaccinate me. As I had been on holiday when I should have had my covid / Flu vaccinations two weeks ago I queried if it was possible to have both injections on the day; the answer was yes, very helpful. Both members of staff were great in making sure I understood what was going to happen and explaining the procedure. The injections were administered swiftly and painless. They made sure I was okay after the procedure, and i was on my way. I cannot express my delight about the whole experience with regard to the premises, friendly, efficient, professional staff.
