    Waited on hold for over an hour, for them to answer the phone and seemingly leave it on the side? I can hear everything that's going on in the pharmacy, and no one can hear me literally shouting down the phone for someone to notice what they've done. I've been doing this for nearly 20min now. And since the change over, everytime I've been into the surgery the wait has been ridiculous. 0 out of 5, can't wait to change doctors.

    I requested a prescription for delivery as I’m currently having radiotherapy. This wasn’t delivered before the weekend, despite assurances to the contrary. I have been without medication for three days. I cannot get through on the phone (queuing for 55 minutes) emails are not answered, and there’s usually a queue of at least an hour in store. I’ve worked in healthcare for six years and never experienced anything like this before.

    System and process appears not to be working well. Long queue and long waiting time. Customer facing staff having to deal with frustrated customers. A very bad customer experience.

    For the second month in a row they have failed to deliver my medication on the day they promised it. I rang the pharmacy and was put on hold for more than 2 hours, and even when the pharmacy was closed it was telling me to hold. Goodness knows how much that call cost me. I am going to change my pharmacy

    The customer service is very, myself & family have lost all confidence the chemist. I have spent over 4 hrs trying to speak to a person about my elderly parents about there important medicine. I won't be using the service they other anymore...
