Booked for my Covid jab and was offered flu jab as well - saved me another trip. They were running 15min late but once called the service was friendly, fun and efficient. Thank you

I arrived at pharmacy five minutes early and was registered and asked to take a seat and within few minutes (on time) called in by enthusiastic practitioner who explained what was to take place and then quickly and painlessly administered covid injection, then short explanation of possible effects for the next few days with leaflet then back to car! Only downside which is nothing to do with the Pharmacy is the streets outside are like a rubbish tip!

Turned up, said I didn’t have an appointment booked though showed them my confirmation text. Was told that they had someone else already booked in that slot and they’d squeeze me in on their catch up slot. It’s now 30 minutes past my appointment time and I was called and then told to sit back down. Assuming I’ll get seen before 6:30 when they close.

I have been 2-3 times at this pharmacy after got prescription of doctor. However all the time I got nothing after waiting around 20-30 minutes. They said they dont have anything from prescription even the cream for baby skin, or paracetamol for baby after vaccination. What a lie. If they says they dont have it at the moment, but they can order and I need to come back to collect, so I can understand. But no, they said sorry we can not give you anything because we dont have anything listed on your prescription. And they just dont care you need to run to how many other pharmacies to find them.

Ordered repeat prescription by email as usual apologies for not replying sooner however when I went to collect not able to have prescription until the following week because of doctors. However when I phoned on the due day I am advised because I cannot get to the pharmacy there will now be a £5 delivery charge. Advised to go on line to make payment. When trying to access payment keep getting not available message. Gave up will be asking for prescription in future to be dispensed elsewhere. Also notice there are never any response to reviews wonder why

I needed to visit the pharmacy over the Easter holiday weekend and was delighted to see that it was open. As I’m busy at work during the week it can be difficult to get to a pharmacy in normal opening hours so the Easter opening was really convenient for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and made my visit quick and easy. Thank you!

Order scripts as per there instructions, they email back saying charging for delivery now, even though that have delivered free of charge for over 10 years to us. Then we go to collect scripts, have to queue to be told some items weren't ready or not been sent by doctors. Had to go back after seeing doctor in afternoon and then we still had to wait over an hour to be given tablets. This place has gone down hill. I know they may have needed a new system, but it seems like every month they keep changing it. They will loose a lot of patients and then they will be losing money which they get for each script.

They ask for 5 working days to process repeat prescription! I requested by email and received an acknowledgement but 1 week later when I went to collect still not processed and a long queue and wait for it to be done.

My wife and I are going through private fertility treatment and needed urgent medication for this. I know there have been changes in management at the Pharmacy with the previous owners leaving the pharmacy in an unsavoury state. The new management have had teething issues but things have improved and it’s only going to get better now with their introduction of a 24/7 electronic collection facility for medication. With regards to my wife’s medication, they sourced it ASAP and were able to get it to me within 24 hours, meaning we met the dates we needed to for the fertility cycle. I would 100% recommend Graham Young’s, the team were great and kept us updated. Remember this is a whole new team, be patient and when the pharmacy is fully up to scratch it will be a brilliant for everyone. Thank you Graham Young team.
