I’m so impressed with this pharmacy and the main pharmacist. The care he gives to his customers is above and beyond and unlike anything I’ve seen. My son came home from school with a tick in the back of his head. The pharmacist acted really quickly and resolved the situation with the appropriate medicine when our doctor surgery said they couldn’t help. It saved us a trip to a&e. The pharmacist and his staff really care about their customers and it is amazing to know that we have them in our community.

I live near this pharmacy but have shopped and visited all the others in Saltdean and Rottingdean. Fortunately, my prescriptions are sent to this pharmacy as it's always a joy to go in, they're open till 6.30 and I can always buy whatever I need , plus getting otc advice for a sore throat or whatever. The pharmacist is amazing and I've probably saved my GP's practice a lot of time seeing the pharmacist with minor ailments like an eye infection recently and today he syringed my blocked ears for me. He took my blood pressure when I had an eye infection to make sure of nothing more suspicious, that's how thorough he is and I haven't had this kind of service at either of the other pharmacies let alone been able to buy a lot of things they just don't stock, like sun cream in the Rottingdean one - suncream not in stock in May???!!!

I was seen straight away for my contraceptive pill check and was checked and prescribed within 10 minutes! Very happy with my experience.

Had my covid booster here today. Excellent service,did not have to wait 2seconds and was seen by courteous and knowledgeable staff!! Would certainly recommend!!

Very quick to do my blood pressure check today and sent results to my phone and GP surgery. Excellent Pharmacist and staff - all very helpful and gave very good.

Healthy U have made getting my repeat prescription around my busy work schedule an easy process instead of something I would lose sleep over. I have a really busy work schedule and there’s no other way i’d be able to get the time to see anyone else. Everyone who works at the pharmacy are lovely and I am a huge fan of the text service. I really recommend it to anyone.

I had problems with my NHS app to request my prescription from the surgery. I went to Healthy-U Pharmacy in Saltdean and they were extremely helpful, contacting my surgery and got my prescription for me. I’m very grateful. The staff is so friendly and always go out of their way to be helpful.

We rang 111 and got referred to the pharmacy. We're seen really quickly, diagnosed and treated. Really helpful and kind. Much quicker than gp, who haven't responded since I emailed them before contacting 111. Really recommend, thank you.
