I feel the system in place was extremely professional and slick . The pharmacist is very professional and has a good manner with patients .

A quick diagnosis was made of a round rash on my knees and chest. This was put down to multiple insect bites of which one was infected and antibiotics was offered. Very communicative pharmacist made for a pleasant experience.

Visited the pharmacy knowing I would be unable to get a doctors appointment for my son at 4.30pm - and needing to be at work all day the following day - and the pharmacist was really helpful looking at my son’s sore throat. Decided that antibiotics would be helpful in this case. I feel pharmacists have enough to do without providing this service as well but with doctors appointments so hard to get at a convenient time to suit working family life this was really useful. Thank you

Outstanding efficiency delivering the COVID vaccination. State of health quickly assessed and no queue for the vaccination. In and out in just a couple of minutes.

Went for Covid vaccination, made to feel at ease and a joy not to have to travel afar as before. I hope that a local pharmacy can be used more for these purposes as helpful for older people who live locally.

I required some advice regarding my medication. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and professional in resolving my query. I would recommend this pharmacy all the staff are polite and helpful.

Was very good with my son who had an earache. Looked in his ears, took temperature and heart rate. Had an infection and left with a course of ear drops. Very good experience.

Got a very friendly greeting on my arrival for a covid booster jab. The pharmacist saw me immediately and gave me the jab whilst keeping up an entertaining banter, then I was out the door and on my way with a smile on my face. Highly recommended!
