My enquiry was dealt with and addressed quickly. I like that there is a WhatsApp number through which to correspond as I know my information is encrypted and safe.

The owner and his team dealt with my prescriptions in a highly professional manner. I had a query regarding my prescription and a pharmacist was on hand to provide me with the necessary advice, which was much appreciated The pharmacy is clearly very well managed. Despite being very busy they are always happy to a provide advice, and they show genuine empathy. The pharmacy is real asset for the community.

My experience of this chemist has been very good. I went into get some medication that my doctor prescribed the GP had sent it to the wrong place but this was not a problem, and I was given a few of my medication to allow me to start taking the tablets right away, rather than waiting several days for them to arrive, great service would recommend this to everyone

Needed ear micro suction. Quick appointment and very thorough. Checked blood pressure, oxygen and heart rate and checked on prescribed medication.

Went above and beyond to help me. Brand of medication prescribed wasn’t available, pharmacist looked into this and found it had stopped production and looked into and found a different brand and efficiently set up new prescription for the alternative. Explained everything very clearly. Very proactive in finding a solution and ensuring I got the medication I needed.

Greeted upon entering, very friendly staff and a quick jab, couldn't have been easier. The experience was great. Would certainly recommend friends to go there.

I went for my Covid jab today and the Pharmasist was friendly and extremely helpful. My father had accidentally booked my jab for the wrong date but the Pharmasist ensured that he was still able to give me the jab going out of his way to help. He didn’t have to do this but was very understanding and didn’t want me to have a waisted journey. I was very impressed and extremely grateful.
