Consultant on wax treatment on ear was informative, helpful and very considerate. What more can I say. We have collected medication from this pharmacy and service was very good.

Both ears successfully treated by vacuuming, with minimum discomfort and impacted wax removed. At all stages of the procedures I was kept informed.

The Pharmacist did more for me in 20 mins than my doctors in the past 5yrs, I will be going back yearly to get my ears checked

Punctual and efficient service provided by knowledgeable staff. I had earwax removal procedure for both ears which was completely successful where other so-called experts had failed miserably.

My husband suffers with Parkinson’s and Dementia. I order his medication at least a week before he runs out. I go to collect his medication and I am told they can’t supply, this is not the first time it has happened but now I have got to find somewhere else to supply as he has 2 days left. Dear Carol Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. You may be aware that the local GP surgery sent a message out which led to confusion for many patients, resulting in unnecessary requests for repeat medication by man patients. We received over 2 weeks worth of prescriptions in the space of a couple of days. Myself and members of my team have come in early and worked to midnight trying to clear the back log. We would usually call patients to notify of any out of stock medication, but unfortunately this has not been possible at this time. As a pharmacy, we only get paid if we supply medication. It is therefore in our best interest to supply your medication, and I can assure you, my team and I do all we can to source all medication. However, it has been widely reported in the news that we face unprecedented levels of drug shortages for some very common drugs. This is completely beyond our control. We work with the surgery to notify them of shortages and find suitable alternative arrangements. If you find the medication at another pharmacy, it could be they have unused supplies on their shelves, whilst our stocks have been depleted. We fully appreciate the distress and frustration it causes patients when medication is out of stock and we are sorry we have not met your expectations at this time. I hope you may consider using the pharmacy again in the future. Kind regards Amish Owner
