I needed to collect a prescription for my father which had been dispensed here due to a mix up, and not the fault of the pharmacy. They were absolutely brilliant, from the phone call I made to them earlier in the day, to collection when they were so very busy. So kind, patient and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with how professional all the staff were. Thank you.

I’ve visited this pharmacy many times over the years and they are always are helpful and genuinely care for their customers. Every visit has a warm welcome and they go above and beyond to help. Thank you all for your help!

I can’t fault the help I got from this chemist they were amazing to help me sort the problem I had. Iv never experienced help like this in all the pharmacy’s iv been too they are hands down amazing in wot they do the very best in Medway by far.Very happy they potentially saved my life last night when I was at the worst time in my life just through the help they give me and the result they got for me I can’t thank them enough.

If you want your prescription fulfilled efficiently this is the place to go. If you want to do any Pharmacy shopping don't bother.

Phoned the pharmacy to see if they had an item in stock. They did and were able to dispense my prescription quickly. Have used them previously and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I have never used this pharmacy before now but the hospital sent my prescription straight through to them after hours. Unfortunately, not everything was in stock, however I cannot thank them enough for tracking the items and then delivering them to me tonight because I am too I am too ill to pick-up and my partner doesn’t drive. They went out of their way to help me and I cannot thank them enough for that. I know you are an extremely busy pharmacy that works long hours but the kindness you showed me tonight is so very much appreciated.

These pharmacists just go out of their way to help I’ve never known a pharmacy like it. They always get hold of the doctors or hospital to sort out any problems with the prescription and are so kind and considerate. You guys are Brilliant and Thankyou for your help today and indeed a few weeks ago .
