1st month was brilliant, 2nd month had to chase, 3rd month didn’t get my meds, it went to a local pharmacy and this month nothing at all, I have called and left messages and I have e-mailed and nothing I am now a whole week without my meds Trying to find out how I cancel this awful service

Signed up with rightdose due to let down with another pharmacy and all good first two months then last month a few days late due to their error, My surgery sent my repeat over on the 9th of june plenty of time for me to recieve them by the 18th when i needed them to then be told when i phoned i wasnt due until the 23rd which is tomorrow to then get an email 5 days ago saying they hadnt recieved anything so i have asked for emergency prescription for vital meds to be told the dr wont issue another as rightdose have it and i cant get them to pick te phone up or reply to emails. At my wits end now withdawals have been horrendous. My health is at serious risk yet again. Avoid if you dont want to go through the same struggle as myself and others.

After signing up to right dose I was impressed by the service very efficient I ordered early and was sent out fast so I was able to go on holiday without any worries

Looks like a great product, however after registering interest 2 months ago we never received an email or phone consultation as promised. With No notice and no consultation they took over my husband’s prescription. We went to our usual pharmacy, slightly perplexed that they hadn’t text to say it was ready. They told us that Rightdose had registered themselves as my husbands pharmacy. He was out of vital heart and diabetes medication, after numerous voicemails, Facebook messages and emails over a 72 hour period (with no medication) they eventually responded to ask for more information. Their terrible customer service meant my husband had to ring 111 to get an emergency prescription as he was experiencing chest pains at this point. It took a week to close the account, but they still haven’t filled or returned his prescription. We now have to chase them to return it to the NHS. If they don’t act quickly he will need another emergency script, wasting the time and resources of our precious NHS. The product itself looked great but their system is a liability for those with serious health issues. If you check their website under contact us there is a special email address for complainants with NHS prescriptions. That should tell you all you need to know.

I signed up in April and had my first prescription sent to them in May. It was acknowledged on the 10th May and I needed to receive the medications before Tuesday 30th May as my current stock runs out the day before. I thought that 20 days should provide plenty of time to receive my order. As it was a Bank Holiday weekend, I was hoping to have the delivery at least the week before. I hadn’t got it by Thursday and so I telephoned first thing Friday. What a terrible experience! Almost 20 minutes in a queue (with no indication of my position or likely length of wait). Eventually my call was answered. After giving all my information I was asked to hold again. Another lady came on the line and, you guessed it, asked for my information again! Another wait and I was told all was OK and they delivered the day before the medication was required. I was not impressed by that, and immediately thought I’d be going elsewhere in future. I always made sure I had a new prescription a week, if not two, early as things seem to be out of stock so often these days. Anyway, I was assured that dpd (this web site won’t allow me to put that in capitals - must think I’m shouting!) would be delivering on Bank Holiday Monday. Half an hour later I received a call from them to tell me they could not fulfill the prescription in time and they had bounced it back so I could get it locally. As if I could do that over a Bank Holiday Weekend! That was it from them - no email apologising and explaining what had gone wrong; nothing! Avoid!

I have been with Rightdose now for 3 months and each month there has been issues. From not issuing script on time, saying they have not received it (even though proof from surgery that it’s been sent) to their delivery company delivering it to a different address and not leaving a card to say where it had been delivered too. And customer service are not helpful - rude and very unprofessional, and so difficult to setup. Changed back to Pharmacy2U now.

After receiving an email from them saying I was due to order my medication, I did so. Checked with GP and prescription had been sent. Not a peep from this crowd. Tried phoning - no option given to speak to anyone, or to leave a message. Emailed three times - no response. Three days without medication later, I eventually got through and they put the prescription back onto the spine so I could, at last, get it filled locally. Will never use them again, and would advise others to avoid them.

I contacted Rightdose after I was let down by other pharmacy and after reading the reviews I wasn't confident they'd be able to help but they were the closest to me! They were fantastic! The girl I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and when I went to pick up my prescription everyone was super nice including the pharmacist themselves. I've changed to Rightdose now for everything! Keep up the good work!

With the bank holiday weekend coming up in a weeks time I'd phoned up asking when it would be sent as I run out on the Friday night. I was told someone would ring me and sort it with me. No one did so further calls from me were necessary. the pharmacist said he'd need to sort it with dpd to ensure I wasn't left without my meds, and he'd ring me back within half an hour. He didn't. Next day, I get through again, and speak to the same pharmacist, who says my meds would be dispatched next day delivery on Wednesday so I got it Thursday. It wasn't and I didn't receive it today. Oh it was sent today, you should get it Saturday, sometime. As i take my first round of meds at 8am, the thought of having to wait until maybe 10pm for my meds isn't very impressive. This afternoon I asked to speak to this pharmacists supervisor, and was promised a call back, but you've guessed it, no call back. You seem rotten from top to bottom. The quicker I leave the better. It was a big mistake joining. The idea of the scheme is great, if it worked.

I am writing this review due to their Rightdose pouches, the advertising is glossy and inviting, the service is appalling. There stock levels are really disappointing, they can't provide what is needed so you end up having to source medicines elsewhere, not worth the hassle or time, use this company at your own risk, This is the second pouch company I have tried and they have both been extremely disappointing. I never usually take a lot of notice about bad reviews but should have taken notice this time. My bad, there loss.
