I received an email saying they hadn’t received my prescription so I would have to wait til next month ? What a disgusting farce. I needed my prescription last Friday I have essential meds that has messed me right up now. I cancelled their poor service what a terrible way to run a pharmacy with peoples lives at risk due to their incompetence.

Even though I ordered my meds 10 days in advance, and the GP issued the prescription 8 days before the due date, Right Dose emailed me, 4 days before my meds were due yo run out, to say they didn't have the prescription. Strange how they were able to find it when I called them the sane day. By then though they gave me the options of not having meds for a week or getting them elsewhere. Will never use again

I was pleasantly surprised to visit the Pharmacy and experience their new refit, fantastic new services and great service! Its always been fantastic as I get medicines delivered often, however, it looks like there has been a big investment into the Pharmacy which is nice to see.
