This pharmacy makes constant mistakes. I cannot trust them with my prescriptions and always have to check everything is present before I leave. They frequently have stocking issues so this visit I was given my medication but no needles as they didn’t have any and to come back 4 days later to see if they have any in stock. I worry about vulnerable patients using this pharmacy.

I am so overwhelmed by how helpful the staff were today at Roundwell! I came in regarding a very painful leg from an insect bite and the receptionist and nurse had a look at it and instantly saw the problem and got me booked in ASAP to see the Dr. The friendly on call Dr provided me with antibiotics as my leg was infected and the nurse went out of her way to see me to dress my wound (very kind of her!) Very quick to help me and went out of their way to make sure I was seen so thank you so much to everyone. Now my leg can start healing properly!

I used the pharmacy for Covid vaccination. It was speedy, professional and super efficient. Would definitely use again.

I was most impressed by the very prompt and efficient way in which I had my Covid vaccination. I was seen on time by a friendly nurse in a small room at the front of the pharmacy which was very convenient. After the vaccination I was instructed to wait 15 minutes before I drove my car. Excellent service which I highly recommended.

I booked a Covid booster online for 09.06.23 at 1530 hours. I travelled from Mulbarton to Costessey only to be told there was no Covid booster clinic that afternoon, the inference being that I had made a mistake. At home, I checked my email from the NHS which confirms my booking for 09.06.23 at 1530. I telephone Roundwell Pharmacy several times and each time heard a recorded message which said they could not answer my call and I should leave a message, however the recorded message went on to say that the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. Appalling service.

no waiting time, was seen as soon as I arrived. The nurse was very good and my Covid experience was very straightforward. Will use this pharmacy again even though it is not my nearest option.
