I was seen promptly and the person dealing with my needs was friendly, approachable and efficient. The service at this pharmacy is always pleasant and helpful in my experience .

Needed ear wax removal and found this pharmacy online. They were so accommodating in that they gave me an appointment within an hour and the service received during the appointment was brilliant…professional and informative. Will definitely use this pharmacy again.

This is a well run pharmacy. I recommend it. Everyone I've encountered has a helpful attitude and is highly capable. It's no wonder that they are busy - there are usually two or sometimes three people assisting on the counters, all always giving excellent service. The pharmacy can deliver prescriptions, which can be enormously useful.

I walked in looking to inquire about flu vaccination and 10 minutes later walked out vaccinated. Very very happy with the service i was provided with.

Came in to collect a prescription and offered a flu jab. All done in few minutes and painless.staff very busy but always pleasant especially coping with the closure of other pharmacy’s.

When picking up my prescription I asked when I could have a flu jab. They said immediately and it was done within a minute. No waiting. Excellent service.

After going to the Chestfield medical centre for an ear infection, to be informed of a 16 days wait for a doctors phone call. Called at the Swalecliffe Pharmacy and asked what he could recommend.l was taken to the treatment room and offered immediate treatment of a video of my inner ear to be sent to an ear specialist for their advice. I had a procedure of a vacuum ear wax removal all done and finished in 20 minutes. Excellent service all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them.
