I normally receive my medication via third party but due to an issue with the prescription the Trust Pharmacy was engaged. I can honestly say they kept me informed throughout the process and the delivery happened on time. The delivery process was efficient and secure and know I can rely on this service again should it be necessary.

Again medication delivered this morning by a very friendly young man, phone call from pharmacy yesterday very professional and helpful, recieved medication this morning at 9am. Thank you again for your amazing staff, thank you.

Just had my 12th prescription of chemo medicine delivered at home. A very well oiled system, the pharmacy staff and delivery drivers are so kind and friendly. Would have no problem in recommending anyone to use the facility.

Oncologist prescribed “hospital pharmacy only” medication and arranged for it to be delivered to our home. Much appreciated

I rang City Hospital to order my prescription, they sent this to QMC who filled and delivered to my house the next day. Excellent service, the driver was prompt, kept me informed re time & was pleasant.

Staff were really poor, waited over an hour and a half for a “20 minute wait” when I arrived. Completely unacceptable when I have to care for someone at home to have to come to this pharmacy for standard medication, let alone wait 90 minutes for a 20 minute wait. Staff have no ability to prioritise time critical tasks, even when it has been said that I needed to return home to look after my partner who was unable to leave bed. Completely unacceptable all round

Very helpful and good service, highly recommended, i used this service first time, they keep updating me throughout the service and even i wasn't in home, the delivery man called and asked where to leave the medicine or take it with him to practice again, Never been served like this before Many thanks
